E P Premiums / Bad service

On June 28, 2005, we sent in our Reservation Request Form #001045 to the office of Premium Travel. On August 16, 2008 my husband call Gina to follow up and stated that Premium Travel had no record of receiving our Reservation Request Form. My husband faxed over a copy of request form and the Money Order receipt, But did not get a promised call back. On August 23, 2008, my husband call and spoke to the next person, her name is Annie, and she said to fax the same papers, this is the second time my husband fax the papers over the same document to Premium Travel, and did not get a promised call back. I decided to call on the 06th November 2005 to cancel the vacation from Premium Travel and I spoke to Kathrine I told her that I want to cancel my Resevervation and I want my money back she told me to fax the receipt. On the November 07th 2005 my husband fax the papers has request and call her back to see if she received it, and she said yes she have it in her hands. On the November 11, 2008 I call back to hear from the manager of that Company do not have any proof that we send money to them, although I have a receipt I fax to them with their company Premium Travel accept my money order which they cash
