We have use services of E-Movers recently when we relocated to Doha from Abub Dhabi. The goods were delivered late due to poor planning and then when the goods are finally got delivered, we found that the items are either damaged or missing and was blamed on customs at Doha port. E-Movers told us that if was not their fault and will not be responsible for the damage. Also, the insurance we had on big ticket items will not be accepted by insurance company as it is not covering the full shipment. We were expected to fill all the claim forms by ourselves.
Is there a way I could lodge a formal complaint on E-Movers? Please help.
