Generic emails sent at random via yahoo, gmail and hotmail addresses which announce you as a winner of some incredible figure. This is absolutely a scam - the person sending this email is setting you up to join a pool of entrants into a lottery draw - which of course will cost you money payable to him / her. The only person "winning" is the sicko sending out this junk.
