E-fashion Solutions/ Baby Phat / very poor, even fraudulent customer service

I placed an order from Baby Phat/ E-fashion Solutions Dec. 20, 2008, for my little 3yr. old niece. A few minutes later, they sent me back an e-mail that said my order was being held 48 hours, and if they didn't get a call from me, they would cancel my order. I e-mailed back and said to go ahead and cancel my order. Two days later, they charged my credit card. Has Baby Phat ever heard of mean what you say, say what you mean? I ended up ordering from another kids clothing company after I e-mailed to cancel order (and yes, I included invoice # in my request) . As a result, from their unauthorized order, my credit card was overlimit, so I was fined for that. I've written to a superviser, twice, and I've never heard back. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have no problem with the quality of their products, but after reading several other complaints, I'll NEVER order from them online; their service SUCKS!! and I strongly caution anyone else to do the same. My impression is they are greedy and just don't care what type of service they provide. If I ever purchase Baby Phat products in the future, I'll only buy from a store that will take my money and not hang me out to wait on their time.
