E-Dream / Wrong first name in the ticket

I would like to inform you that there is an admin error in first name of my daughter's ticket.
I can not get through the telephone no. they have given.
I sent many emails, Unfortunately they do not reply amicably, they only email me a template.
we are family of 3 and my first name was put twice in both tickets, the name of 3rd passenger (my daughter) HEDYE should be there instead of my first name., 5RH4W4 (booking reference number: [protected] [[protected]-[protected]]), E-Ticket Number: 390-[protected]
you put the name correctly for the next flight (24th July) by Atlasjet Airline 5RHY9Q.
I appreciate if you could amend the first name to Hedye please.
I realised I can not take luggage with first flight but I can take 30 Kg with the next flight. This needs to be solved as well.
