Purchased Denon receiver on e-bay-turns out it was e-cost-poor packaging in shipment caused damage-fine print showed insurance optional-Radio did not work-Numerous calls and e-mails to e-cost. Long story short: If you have a problem you are on your own-return shipping is your responsibility IF you can even get an authorization. I gave up and called Denon-Returning the unit to THEM for repair. e-Cost sucks!

I've only ordered once from this company, but that ws enough to convince me never to go back. The customer service is extremely poor, especially on the phone. No one seems to know what they are doing, and I got confusing messages. I've learned my lesson. You get what you pay for.
