Purchased Denon receiver on e-bay-turns out it was e-cost-poor packaging in shipment caused damage-fine print showed insurance optional-Radio did not work-Numerous calls and e-mails to e-cost. Long story short: If you have a problem you are on your own-return shipping is your responsibility IF you can even get an authorization. I gave up and called Denon-Returning the unit to THEM for repair. e-Cost sucks!
