I applied for a free trial of electronic cigarettes and paid only for shipping. Instead of trial I was put on subscription and now they are charging my checking account every month. I don’t know how to stop this because they are not replying to my emails.

    customer service at +44-(0)-203-318-8540, or email [protected] to change or cancel your orders at any time. While we strive for prompt support, please allow up to 24 hours for a response through email.
    I got an email responce from them with a subject Cancellation Confirmation e cigs‏

    i have returnd my goods what i never orderd on the 10/08/2012, i phoned so many times . to ask where my refound is off 73.98 pounds

    I bought a trail pack of ecigs on line now they have take73-98 out of my account for refill which I did not order.
