Dynex Television / Repairs
I had my television serviced on Sep 30. The technician who came out to my house told me he would need to order a part and that it would take 7-10 days to reschedule a return for installation.
I waited patiently and did not call in until Oct 8. I spoke with Ashley at that time and she said she would have to submit a research request that would take 3-4 days to process.
I called again on Oct 13 and no one could tell me anything. I spoke with Dawn at that time and she said she would submit the request again.
I called on Oct 14 and spoke with Robert in the morning. This time I asked to speak with a supervisor. He transferred me to Kendra who promised to have someone call me by 11:00 AM. No one called, so I called at noon and spoke to Laurie. She promised to contact Kendra and have someone call me. It is now 4:00 PM and I have not received a call, despite giving both my work number and home number.
No one is willing to take responsibility and identify where the part is or offer me a replacement, despite my 4-yr parts and labor warranty.
