Invoice passed in name of paulo spratley (correct) and to his adress.

Invoice sent with merchandise: 60usd in different name and adress with wrong product description

Pieces of evidence presented: the real invoice + the fake and different invoice
Documents from portuguese customs blocking merchandise due to fraud attempt (merchandise captured/lost)
Due to their fault I received only 90 usd... Partial reffund.
I re-claimed 5 times... And aliexpress never analised the invoices.
- it is not legal anywhere to receive payment from a client, to make the real invoice to that client... And after make a fake invoice with a fake price, with a different name and adress causing the merchandise to be caught by customs.

Aliexpress does not deffend their custumers... But only their sellers who trick clients.
