DealExtreme paid for merchandise not supplied and also no money back

DANGER! YOUR ACCOUNT CAN BE EASY HACKED AND DX IS NOT READY TO BE RESPONSIBLE!
HI GUYS!
Months ago purchased a multi meter and paid for it by PayPal. The order denied by DX and the money transferred to my account without informing me. By the time, some gentlemen from Ukraine broke into my account and paid of his order from my account. The order was not on my name! The order was not addressed to my address! And also was not the same amount of money! My order# [protected]. DX denied the situation and not ready to give back the money!
PLEASE HELP ME BY INFORMATION WHAT TO DO?

DealExtreme can someone help me to close this company?

I order an item from this site on 25th May 2018, today its 25 June 2018. Till now have not received any item, customer rep replies item was sent without tracking number so they cant give any status and i need to wait 2-6weeks. what the hell going on in this site, 6weeks to deliver an item? and that too without tracking number?

I am not getting any response when i said i am going to take legal action on your site. No reply yet.

DealExtreme fake company and stealing peoples money

Dx.com is fake website (I have given one star because I can't select o) as I booked a smart watch on 14-6-18 at 4-05pm ist through my friend's credit card it did not ask for any otp from bank etc payment deducted directly.
Then on next day on 15-6-18 they send an e mail asking for credit card photo (both sides) and address proof of the credit card holder for verification, then we sent an authorisation letter as sent by them. Immediately after sending the letter the other payments got deducted for the same amounts. Hence please no one visit this webpage and do anything from this. Be careful this is fraud website I lost rs. 77, 484/-.
I cancelled the order still no e mail for refund or either they credit to the credit card account. No response from them.

DealExtreme umidigi phone died, then the real nightmare started, namely "support"

I was extremely happy with the phone, came as it should, used as it should for 7 months. Then one morning it died, wont charge etc.

So I contacted the so called support of theirs, they responded and asked me to send video as proof. Fine, but I asked back what exactly they want me to film as the phone is dead. A month, and they do not respond by mail, not by the inbuilt support messaging. Just silence.

So DX is fine if you buy cheap [censored] products, and dont expect them to last very long, but DO NOT buy expensive stuff as there is little to no support from them.

DealExtreme late delivery

My order #[protected] of August 2017 hasn't been delivered, despite my numerous inquiries with you on email. Please advise on when l will receive my order because l urgently need it.I was once given a ticket number and it expired after 90 days without delivery. I then submitted a request for a tracking number since the order was less than $20 and l got no response.

DealExtreme the worst service ever

Honestly, this website would be perfect, if they delivered items.
How delivery service can be so terrible, just explain me, please.
I am so tired of this mess.
Ordered several expensive parts and never received them. Why? Because they were never shipped out.
Why? Because they weren't available at the moment of ordering. But I wasn't notified about it and my money just flew away to their pockets.
I have been trying to get my refund for 4 weeks, but there's still nothing.
Disappointed.

DealExtreme pocket watch from dx.com numbers fell off after 1 week!

I bought a pocket watch, the number fell of the dial of the watch within one week. I tried to write a bad review about the watch, including photo and they refused to approve it.
What a sham. The reviews are a sham. Here is the message I got from DX.
"Your recent review title"Numbers fell off Dial on 1st week!", which contains SKU 424401 has been unapproved for some reasons"

DealExtreme scammers. beware!

They are real scammers, people, stay away.
I'm saying this because I was so terrified when they sent me an email asking me to take photos of both sides of my credit card. Before this, I ordered several items, but they canceled the order. Upon that, they started blackmailing me.
Please, never provide photos of your credit card to anyone, this may be finished sadly and you will regret it, it's obvious.
DX.com are thieves and scammers. Beware!

DealExtreme kelima sq10 hd mini hidden 8-led ir night vision camera car dvr (sku:474590)

I've recently purchased a mini camera, which had turned out to be nothing like what was promised on the product page. After several days of testing, I wrote a very detailed review, which I posted with a combined rating of 1 star. I then received an email telling me that my review "has been unapproved for some reasons". That's it. No explanations, no details, just "some reasons", which was odd, as my review included both the negative and positive aspects of the product. I then emailed DX.com, using the specified Customer Support email address, trying to obtain some information about what was so horribly offensive about my review that got it "unapproved". No reply, nothing, zip, zero, nada. So, several days later, I've email DX.com again for more information. Again, no reply, nothing, zip, zero, nada. Actually, the only difference was that now I'm receiving their newsletter in Spanish as well as in English.

I'm posting my original review below, maybe someone can tell me what I've done wrong.

CAMERA:
1. The camera is relatively heavy for its size, but I will admit that it feels sturdy.
2. The control buttons have been placed comfortably apart, so even with “fat fingers”, you are unlikely to press them both together.
3. The build quality looks mostly OK; the only thing I thought was worth mentioning is that the lens appears to be slightly off-centre inside the housing, but I can’t see that this has any effect on picture quality.
4. While charging, the camera gets hot, not too bad though.

ACCESSORIES:
1. The lead supplied with the camera can be used to connect it to either a PC or a TV.
2. The mounting clip is unfit for purpose; this part seems to have been manufactured either for a different product or without much thought about design, as the camera comes off the clip very easily. One pothole in the road and the camera will fall off. Please see attached photo.
3. An English/Chinese manual is supplied with the camera. Sadly, I don't understand any form of Chinese, so I've had to try and rely on the English manual, which appears to have been translated by someone who has a vague awareness of the fact that the English language exists. Most of the instructions are unintelligible, making it very difficult to learn how to operate this product. Please see attached photo as an example.

OPERATION:
1. Upon testing the camera, I've found that the view angle is more like 90 degrees, not 140.
2. The camera records video in 5-minute sections. This isn’t too bad, but wasn’t mentioned on the web page, only in the manual (in poor English), so you don’t find this out until you’ve purchased the product.
3. The battery only lasts 35-40 minutes on continuous operation; not very useful on medium to long journeys.
4. Image quality is very poor. On 720p mode, it isn’t possible to read the number plate of a vehicle driving 2 car lengths ahead of you. On 1080p mode, you can just about read it, although you may have trouble with similarly-looking numbers/letters, such as 8-B or 6-G etc. On stills mode, the image is indeed 4032x3024, but quality is very poor.

SUMMARY:
I am very disappointed with the product, which is unfit for purpose and missold on the website. I feel as if I’ve been cheated, for the lack of a better word.
Avoid this product.

DealExtreme order not delivered from last 2 months

Ordered a mobile worth around 930US$ on 24th june 2017 but still haven't received it after 2 months even though i have ordered through expedited delivery by paying extra amount of money.

Everytime when i complaint to their customer center they only ask to just wait for few more days from last two months.
Their staff member are not cooperative at all and not helping me in any way.
Now i am struck as i have already paid to them.

Really having a very bad experience shopping with dx.com.

nothing changed this status untill today. But they suggest me just wait two weeks, then again suggest me two more weeks, Later they promised me the solution I wont received the package untill 10 August. But they suggest me wait again one week at 10 August. and now they suggest me wait untill 24 august. And also they blocked to send ticket. I just want to full refund withouth returning shipping cost.

DealExtreme scam company - did not receive my order

I made the unbelievable mistake of ordering my camera at DealExtreme instead of using any other trusted website.

Reason: It said it would deliver within seven working days.

It has been 2 months. I get little to no reply from the customer service, after I opened several unanswered complain ticket. When they reply, their answer is: "please wait for two more weeks"

I had to call my post only to find out that the product is stuck and cannot pass through because they were missing a document.- DX should have known about this. When I told them (by sending several messages and finally calling them), they sent me yet another automatic reply by saying that I should wait, for another two more weeks.

I wish I read the customer reviews before making this order. Now I am afraid that if I ever receive my product - which I don't want to anymore - it will probably be broken and/or the wrong one.

If you purchased through Paypal, I recommend you open a ticket through them. I read some people never received their orders and waited for over six months. They are not to be trusted and we should spread the word.

DealExtreme I did not receive my order

I made a purchase on the dealextreme of 4 items, totaling 41.83 $. The items never arrived (6 months of waiting). I opened a ticket and the dx suggested that I contact the postal service, however I do not have to demand from the postal company because who hired the service was the dealextreme itself, they have the right to a refund, not me. The ticket is open and I have no answer, I think I lost my money.

DealExtreme my usb charging cable did not arrive

Do not take the risk and don't buy from DealeXtreme, it is not safe to buy from them!
I have purchased USB charging cable from them in early March and haven't received anything yet. DealeXtreme support claimed that my order was shipped and promised to give me a tracking number, which was never given to me.
I even tried to cancel my order but they said as soon as product leaves their warehouse there is no way to cancel it.
I am very disappointed and nervous. Better buy from another store.

DealExtreme this site is not to be trusted, they are real thieves!

I'm still waiting for my money and they don't seem to care! I send back my order because it was damaged and Deal Extreme rep assured me I'll get a refund. Later they said that they were not able to refund me.
I spent a lot of time dealing with these guys and they finally agreed to refund me but they said that they don't know how long will it take to transfer money.
It's over two months now and still nothing. They say one and the same thing every time I contact them and I start to think that they are not planning to give me anything! This site is not to be trusted, they are real thieves!

DealExtreme do not order from them!

I have ordered some parts from DealeXtreme and received the wrong order. They offered me a replacement but first I had to send everything back at my own expense. Absolutely ridiculous than I had to pay for their mistake! It cost me over $80 to send everything back. Just received the correct parts, but I'm still very disappointed. Do not order anything from DealeXtreme!

DealExtreme horrible company

Do not order anything fromwww.dx.com, avoid it at all costs! I have placed an order over three months ago and received nothing yet. I already contacted Paypal and opened dispute. When I finally reached someone from DX they said that I have to pay for the return shipping in order to get a refund. What? What am I supposed to ship? Thin air?
These people do not care about their customers and they need only your money!

DealExtreme this company is horrible!

I have ordered several things from DealeXtreme in the past and usually had proper service. I had some problems with my last order when some of the items arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and tried to get a refund, but it seems like these people decided to keep my money. They said there will be no refunds and no exchanges. This company is horrible; their customer service is totally unprofessional. I’ll never order anything again.

DealExtreme worst customer service ever!

I purchased some things from DealeXtreme and paid 30 euros in total. Several weeks later I received a message from them stating that my order was delivered. Since I received nothing I contacted customer service and was told that my order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. How they managed to do that is still a mystery because my address in their system was accurate. I decided to track the package myself. I also contacted our national postal service and was told that the package was sent back since it was undeliverable. DX customer service is absolutely useless ad unprofessional, they said that I had given them the wrong address. I'll never order anything else from DealeXtreme. They cannot even copy an address without any mistakes! And they are completely useless when it comes to help the customer.
