I bought a DVD ripper software from www.dvdtox.com on the 16 th of January. They wrote that I could get money back within 30 days if I was not happy about the software. I tried it and did not like it. So I followed their return policy, and forwarded the receipt to them in a mail, explaining why I wanted a refund.
I have had correspondence with them via their website. They keep writing to me that they want to help me with my 'software problem' - but I just like the software and just want to have a refund. But they keep on stalling time with lousy answers.
