I have not received any e-mail from them regarding my purchase. They provided an order number, but I cannot submit it for any information. Other than a confirmation of my order & a note that the payment was successful, I have not received any information. Furthermore, "However, you must register on the Site ("Registration") to use our Services." I was not able to find any record of my purchase on the website. Moreover, there is a clause that states:
13.All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
I believe this company is a scam.
I purchased the TV Series Cold Case, but I was not aware that I was purchasing copies from the TV, I thought they were originals, This is not good as I have parts of commercials and the image is not really good, I paid good money for this product which I could of downloaded it myself from the TV when it is shown. I think this is called piracy, shame on you.
Can you provide an update on your experience?
Curious if the DVDs arrived, and if you had any problems with your Payment Card after the initial payment?
