I had ordered an LCD over the phone and they sent me a money request via PayPal. I paid it and when the LCD arrived the next, it did not power up. So I called and made arrangements to send it back to them. It arrived September 11th. The UPS tracking number is: 1Z7108E00349595521

After leaving several phone and email messages and no response, I finally got through to someone. The lady put me on hold for 20 minutes. Then she told me that the serial number for the LCD I sent them back did not match their records. This, I don't doubt. I have went through this company many times and they are highly unorganized.

I was very mad because I had a similar incident with them back in July where they sent me the wrong screen and tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee, so I asked to speak with the supervisor and she would not listen to me. Anytime I tried to talk, she would interrupt and remind me that I am screwed because they don't know how to manage their inventory.

This is no was to run a business. I believe they are deliberately trying to get over on me.

In addition, I paid 12.07 to ship the item back that I will never see again.

Stay away from DVD super one.

I made a purchase from DVD SUPER ONE on ebay. Username dvdsuper999. They have a good reputation on ebay, so when I received the item, I provided positive feedback, trusting that the item would work. When I tried to install the item, I found it was defective. I contacted them through ebay. They were nice, and agreed to refund the item. They even paid for the return shipping label. A few days after the UPS tracking showed they received it, I contacted them. They started stalling, asking for more information, and saying they hadn't received the item. I provided them with the UPS tracking proof that they received the item. They stalled me long enough for the ebay buyer protection to expire, and then simply stopped responding. They never made any attempt to justify not refunding the purchase. They just stopped responding. The part that really get under my skin, is that I gave them positive feedback, which I can't retract So I actually helped them rip off the next person. I'm so sorry. I hope to save just one person here, with this post. This is the proof that they received the item.

DVD Super One will scam you, or rip you off, if you give them the chance. Avoid this ebay seller.

Please contact them, and let them know what they are.

I bought an laptop LCD replacement screen from these people. I fitted it with ease. I am a graduate electronics engineer with 20 years experience. When I turned on the laptop, it blew the power supply on the motherboard.

I called them and asked for a refund as I am certain the screen was faulty and it drew too much power, causing the laptop to die.

They told me to return it. I packaged it very carefully and sent it back. I then didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I then called them and they said they received the package but the screen got damaged in the post. I asked for prrof so they sent some photos. The photo of the packaging box showed no damage at all. The picture of the screen showed a badly cracked screen.

But this wasn't the screen I sent back. This was another screen since the serial number was missing and n fact looked like it had been blanked out.

So, not only did they send me a faulty screen, but they also lied to me by sending a false image of the damage.

Do not buy from these people. They are unreliable and you will probably have your money stolen by them.

I have had a recent similar issue. No returned emails on inquires due to the wrong part received.
I am trying to find their phone number because they convienently leave it off of their sales receipts
and the FedEx shipper ticket! I am trying to run a repair business and definitely can not tolerate this
lack of customer service as I would never treat my customers like this! Buyer beware!
