DVD Pacific / Bad service
Avoid this online merchant at all costs. My order was shipped in the second week of January and as I am writing this review, it has not shown up yet. After waiting out the 20 business days for domestic Media Mail, I called their Returns & Replacements Department to claim my refund and was told to wait another week after the customer service referred me to some nonexistent clause in their terms and conditions.
Also, they have raised all their prices since they have offered free shipping to all their orders. This in effect offsets the shipping cost. for the free shipping. What is more outrageous is that they have canceled items in my order because I had preordered them for prices that are lower than their new "adjusted" price.
