Duvet Cover Set / Missing Pillow Shams
On Monday evening November 1, I purchased the above-mentioned duvet cover set to include 1 Duvet Cover and 2 Pillow Shams. When I arrived home I opened the package to find the pillow shams were missing.
In the evening of November 3, I returned to Customer Service and asked for a discount for missing pillow shams. I was informed that I would not receive a discount but could return the merchandise. Since there was no other duvet cover to exchange my item I left the store very disappointed that I was not discounted on the missing pillow shams and will reconsider shopping at Zellers again,
