Duty Free Depot / no response/no delivery/cannot track order
I placed an order on 4/24 and tried to follow up this week in several ways, all of which escalated my suspicions:
1) No response to my emails;
2) My order number is "invalid" according to their order status search;
3) My call to customer service was disconnected when I asked to speak to a supervisor (after the imbecile who answered could not offer me any information).
After I ordered, I was called by a cheery gent named Simon Degeron to confirm that I was a real person and to assure me that my order was placed correctly. Simon, where are you now??
I will contest the charges and advise you to do the same if you are awaiting an order.
