No refund!
We have ordered a vacuum cleaner from this company www.dustdeal.com and they cancelled our order several days later. When I contacted their customer service team they said they were not able to deliver to our location and said we'll get our money back any time soon. That was the last time we heard from them. They stopped replying and did not give us our money back. I do not recommend this website to anyone!
I received only half of the order
I bought Siemens dust bags from the company www.dustdeal.com. It was mentioned that the set contained 10 dust bags, but I received only 5. I sent tons of emails to the seller and asked to provide the remaining stuff, but they told me that the order was correct and they would send anything else. Total scam, so please be aware and better don’t buy from them. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. I waited for my order for 3 months and the seller is fraud
I purchased dust bags and filter from the website www.dustdeal.com. I waited 3 months and nothing arrived. The seller communicated with me and told to be patient. Also he told me that it was some custom problems. I waited and waited, but now I wanted to get my money back. The seller told me again the same rubbish and suddenly stooped to reply. I think that he is scammer and tricks out of customer money. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I ordered 9th november.. and haven’t recieved my order yet.. i tried to send email.. but i cant send to them.. i just got email that the email cant get to the reciever
