Duro Power / Unwilling to help locate replacement parts

Purchased backpack & hand held leaf blowers. Duro Power can't/won't help supply parts such as air filters, Starting pull rope, gaskets, etc. Won't even suggest a way to find parts.

    Duro Power won't live up to their own word. They claim, " great service", but fall quite short of the mark. Duro Power changes suppliers and catalog items quite often. When they do, you're left in the lurch because they won't help you with parts. Since they don't currently sell the item, they don't feel any service is due. You might get a return e-mail or two telling you that they don't sell that item anymore and gee we're real sorry but you're on your own. If you keep sending e-mails asking for help they will just ignore your requests.
