Dupont / Bad customer service
We purchases Dupont Zodiaq Quarts countertops thru Lowes to replace our exsiting countertops. They were defective and it took 6 months for a representive (who does not work directly for Dupont) come out and examined them & admit they WERE defective. They would not refund us-Lowes the $5, 000 we paid to purchase their product. They would only offer us another of their product to replace the defective ones they sell & not refund us our money. We wanted Quarts not another Dupont product & they could not deliver!!! Not a customer service friendly company & they don't stand behind their product!!
