Dunkin' Donuts - Employees (the heavy, rude morning girls at 216 elm in 03103)

Employees are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY as well as INACCURATE

I am a DAILY Dunkins customer as well as prior employee of another location. I have seen much better store operations and I do not know if management is busy at another location but these girls in the morning are OUT OF CONTROL. They have made MULTIPLE employees move to other locations as a result of bullying and bad attitudes and they make fun of co workers the second they are out of ear shot and in front of customers, which is gross anyways but, from a consumer prospective; This store will screw up orders and then when you ask for a remake or simple fix, they give HUGE attitude and then talk badly about you to the other girls working, as if you aren't there. I have had to go to their other location on Valley st to have their screw ups fixed MANY times, Tawasha is aware and speaking with Medeiros Management about these concerns. Now I just go to the Valley location as a regular, even though it is out of my way and I used to only go at work. They are MUCH friendlier and happy to make your drink right the first time and if not, they will not get angry at you for asking for more flavor or sugar or whatever. Elm st employees (the heavy girls in the morning specifically) act like they are the ones paying 5+$ for a espresso drink, if I am paying THAT much to go get a drink made at a COFFEE SHOP, it should be correct and if a customer is not satisfied, wouldn't you want them to come back? Hopefully, now that this location is closed as of 8/5/22 at noon for a remodel they might hire some new people or take the opportunity to give some customer service training to the rude employees. I do not care WHO you are or HOW long you've worked somewhere, it does not give you the right to tell customers they are rude or wrong for something they ask for, especially when they were WRONG to begin with and just showing up for work doesn't give you the right to be mean to or bully customers, even if you don't like them personally. And if YOU make a drink wrong ( like your 1 shot macchiatos that SHOULD BE 2 or not mixing flavor shots and sugars into the drinks and handing them over all layered up and nasty) Customers are not wrong for wanting it made right, you're rude for talking S h IT to them for asking. If you can't be nice go get a NON customer facing job, or maybe your bad attitude is why you can't get a job anywhere else than the WORST dunks in the city.. I know long time customers of this store who have come for YEARS and have moved on for the yelling and rudeness that happens as a result of the gang effort these nasty women pull out on people who just want to come in and see a smiling face with their coffee in the morning. Unless you're a old man that throws them a 20$ in the tip jar you are ignored and coffees for people BEHIND you in line will be made before you even order and people who came in after you will be ready to go before you even have a drink or donut handed over. They SUCK bottom line and I am not surprised by the terrible reviews I read that all say the same type of things. They have made me feel unwanted and unwelcome and told me to go to a different store instead of theirs all because I have asked for my things to be made correctly or asked for something different when they happened to be out of things. No one but THEM were rude, and in any situation, as a past employee of a different dunks location, I would NEVER treat a customer like that. Just going to work everyday doesn't give you the right to be rude to whoever you want. Even when customers are rude you DONT tell them or start arguments in front of other customers, there are ways to handle things and talking badly about your coworkers or customers is NOT one of them.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the rude behavior I have experience multiple times by the staff here. I would like for them to be meaningfully spoken with in regards to the behavior as I am not the only one or the isolated case of this.

Dunkin' Donuts - bait and switch on coupons

Received coupon "buy 7 beverages get 8th free"- requires a punch for every beverage purchased. Store in questions refused to give tow punches for the two large hot coffees i purchased today, 9/7/08. When i questioned manager why they did not punch for the two punches she replied that the owner of franchise told them to give one punch per visit, not per each beverage purchased. Owner is obviously trying to keep his profit margin healthy at the expense of his customers. This constitutes fraud or bait and switch. I will not be doing business with this dunkins again a d will tell all their customers of this deal. I sincerely hope that dunkin donuts quality control will be monitoring this site.

Do you even know what it is to "Bait & Switch?'
'Cause refusing to hole-punch your coupon doesn't fall under that category.

I'm sure if you would have argued with the staff a bit longer you would have gotten your other punch, right in the face.
