Dunkin' Donuts terrible customer service

On friday evening about 10min to 8pm I walked into a local dunkin donuts which is located in a large gas station within the convenience store that I visit quite frequently while working. I specifically asked the cashier for a small black coffee with no cream or sugar just carmel cream! While the cashier prepare my order I walked over to the other side of the store (5 feet away) to pay for some other items. When she yelled "your order is ready" I ask again no cream right and she said no cream! I check my coffee and it looks like dairy was added but the cashier reassures me that it's the carmel syrup and it doesn't contain any dairy! Well 2 sips and less than an hour later i'm sitting in concentra urget care getting an epipen shot because dairy was in it! Talk about pissed! So I call dd and speak with the young lady who served me because no supervisors or managers are one site ;she wants to argue with me that no dairy was added to my drink but when I tell her after speaking to the nurses, calling another dunkin donuts and looking online the carmel syrup she put in my coffee does contain dairy! And she says oh well I can make you a new one just come back.. Are you freakin serious! I told the lady she never gave me my receipt, can she put her name on it and inform the next crew of the issue what happen so I can be refunded my $1.81 and I was putting in a complaint with the corporate office. Needless to say she didn't do either and I was totally treated like [censor] by the next crew so much so that other customers were going back and forth with one guy in particular (Cashier) and one customer even gave me his receive so that I can get the cashier's name off of it! And never receive by refunded (Mind you I still had the coffee I took a couple of sips from) and the cashier tells me to take the coffee back and come back monday! I left the coffee there and took the information given on the receipt and left with watering eyes talk about a f'd up night all over a small coffee that I was not trying to make an big issue over I just wanted the cashier to be talk to that served me my drink and my refund. Now I have to go to my bank get a printout of the purchase, go back to the dr. Office for printout amongst other things. Never will I ever step foot in another dunkin donuts again!

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behavior

On 12/05/2017 I witnessed the manager having an altercation with her employee on the floor. The employee tried to walk away, but the manager was antaganising her, by telling her that she doesn't care about her. The employee was getting upset and started crying and she didn't stop. That's very unprofessional and distrubing that people are treated like this in the work place. I come up here all the time and this employee is always nice with a smile. The manager really needs to be sat down and talked too.

The restrurant location is: 6353 Som Center Rd., Solon, Oh 44139

Dunkin' Donuts your ignorance.

How can you Fire one of the best employees that you have had at DD ON NEW HOPE IN GASTONIA, NC. HER NAME IS HEATHER GREEN. She was the most courtious employee you had over there. She always smiled and and had a great disposition. Most of the girls you got working their have a horrible attitude. You even have one that was fighting in your parking lot one morning. How idiotic can you people be. She is still working there. Is it because Heather is white and most of the other girls are black. There are racial attitudes on both sides.

Dunkin' Donuts drive through

I decided to go to another Dunkin on the way to work and the service that was given to me was disrespectful and embarrassing. I always order my wakeup wrap with cream cheese at my normal Dunkin and today the lady at the window gave me a hard time and made me feel like a clown for ordering it. She had the whole staff laugh at me as well. I was humiliate, becauss I wanted cream cheese on my wakeup up wrap. She almost didn't even sell it to me, complaining it was going to "melt" well quit frankly I like it melted. She painted me like a cool and because of that I don't feel comfortable going back to Dunkin donuts I am EXTREMELY upset about this.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee coolatta

My complaint is that I work nights and I like to enjoy a coffee coolatta from Dunkin Donuts late at night. I am in Jacksonville, FL. We have two stores that are open 24 hours near my office. The first store is at 3270 Emerson St. Jacksonville, FL 32207. The second is at 741 Cassat Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32205. The problem that I have is that both store's late night employees say that the Coffee Coolatta is not available late night. It is only available during the daytime. I would like to know why this is? I did have one employee at the Emerson store tell me that he did not know how to make it on one visit at 2 am. If he is the only person working the night shift, shouldn't he know how to make the items that are listed on the menu? I have been a long time customer of Dunkin Donuts, but if this keeps happening I will be a new customer of Krispy Kreme Donuts.

DD is the worse ever! They produce soooo much trash that its disgusting. The coffee grinds could help gardens but the manager says you can't put them in a trash can by themselves for people to use, it must be thrown in the trash with all the wasted paper, plastic cups and YES they still use Styrofoam ! They Earth belongs to our grandkids what will they think when here in Pompano Beach, Florida we have a MOUNTAIN yes its trash soon it will be two mountains. The water is poisoned from this. They never require workers to wash their hands EVER, not when they arrive or throughout their shift! Oh nooooo breaks are allowed they say here in Florida they don't follow the federal law. The management allows employees to yell and curse across the store! They have no control at all! Oh the window for drive thru is BROKEN and it can't be locked. Its very large a person could fit thru it! They have been robbed and they leave only ONE worker to work all night! They keep all the cash in the register. How dangerous. They throw soo much food away when there is a homeless shelter less then 2 miles away. The district manager"Angel" is unprofessional, rude, nasty and needs training to be in management. There is only one manager no supervisor at the store on Sample and Power line. When asked about employees calling coworkers [censor] and saying they will have someone jump you and she belongs to a "gang" the Manager says she doesn't mean that. Ohhh and the tips are allowed to be stolen and the manager must be scared of this "tattoo" covered thief. I wish WAWA across the street much success, they pay over $2.00 more an hour. They require employees take breaks. They have leaders that know how to lead and treat employees with respect! Think about it aren't the employees happy and helpful? They don't argue with customers about their orders. I've seen workers get lemons with their hands and workers drink out of customers cups ! Yes DD stands for dump doughnuts! That is all Ohhh wait employees were required to stay at work while they were sick throwing up in the bathrooms oh and then a flu/cold illness was had by employees and they got everyone sick as they weren't allowed to leave. Ohhh how do you conduct a health inspection when you are given the day the inspectors are coming? Oh and equipment is brought to other locations to help that location pass! EeeWWWWWW!

Dunkin' Donuts continuously given regular milk when asked for almond milk

I am a very frequent customer of dunkin donuts and usually go to the one in bruckner plaza in the bronx new york. However, whenever im running late for work i stop at the dunkin donuts on white plains road and nereid avenue. Working with elementary school aged children, you can imagine how important a cup of coffee first thing in the morning is. However, this dunkin donuts does not seem to agree. Ive ordered from here many times over the past 2 years and try with all my might to not bother and wait til im back home to go to the usual DD. Every time i order on the go i get an iced hazelnut latte and mark off ALMOND MILK on my order. And everytime i am given a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. I always ask and im always told "yeah yeah. Its right" and i get walked away from. The staff have horrible customer service and always seem as if they could care less. I am extremely lactose intolerant which is why I specifically drink almond milk. So here i am 3 sips in and throwing away my coffee AGAIN. im extremely disappointed and would like to know if there is some way to get my money back. Please let me know if i would be able to be reimbursed.

Dunkin' Donuts I am complaining about the employee training rules of dunkin’ donuts

My wife went to a Dunkin' Donuts which is located 2519 Queens Plaza North, Queens, NY the manager told her to join next day they need employee. My wife bought t-shirt and shoes and started training. After 3 consecutive days training the manager told her that there former employee has returned and they don't need anymore employee. The manager refused to pay for those 24 hours plus transportation cost. She just simply told that training is free and she has right to do free training.
Please explain me the matter, as I know there are no free training in NYC, if she give the job then I would expect free.

Dunkin' Donuts very bad employee service

The employees at the dunkin donuts from their store at 3280 davie blvd in fort lauderdale 33312 on davie boulevard are all treating me bad. They've picked fights with me and my husband, refused refunds, forced to give me coffee that I didn't want, exchanged a sandwich and made me feel bad about it, had made me come into the store a number of times for missing straws and sugar missing in the coffee i've ordered, they've given me white milk with little coffee when I asked for decaf playing mind games, and they've done all of this to try to avoid me to return to this store. The short, black old lady manager with the hair weave, and jasmine and gloria whom all work at this store all have very bad attitudes. Jasmine even told my husband that he has a bad attitude, and she tried to start a drama altercation with me by questioning an employee as to why the employee was changing my coffee, by bluntly stating that she was, "giving away free coffee". Then, with her problematic attitude, jasmine whispered like a middle school aged girl asking her, "what did she say", referring to me. The manager even got loud and ferocious like a wild chimpanzee using her bad attitude towards me, telling me she didn't want to change my coffee or give me a refund for the nasty second cup which actually tasted like toilet water that she made for me. She disregards that she forced me to come into the store a second time for a new cup of coffee, then the third time for a refund. Gloria who works at this store even played mind games with me by telling me that they're giving me white coffee whenever I ask for decaf, because "they don't use alot of beans for decaf", and that other stores that make it brown are simply lying to me about making it decaf because they are actually putting espresso in it. I will be reporting this store to bbb and I will give them plenty of bad reviews. I hate all of the employees at this store, because of their nasty attitudes, and because when I was going overthere, gloria stated that the employees were saying, "uh - oh, there goes that lady". So the employees at this specific store on davie blvd refer to me as, "that lady". They're a bunch of disrespectful [censor] that don't want to do their jobs and prefer to mistreat customers. What makes me even more mad about this poor customer service is that they know that I live very close to this store, and they still make my life harder, insisting that I go to a different dunkin donuts from now on. Gloria even thinks that I dont even like the coffee from dunkin, trying to sound good making this statement infront of my husband, to make him think that I am the problem here and not them. Like I said before, they like to play mind games.

Dunkin' Donuts not honoring the 1.99 any size perks offer, refused to honor it & rude

tran seq no: 1599341
eat in order 341 on 10/25/2017
Hello, l Went in the Dunkin Donuts on Washington St Hartford CT and ordered a large iced coffee and I had my Dunkin perks that stated any size iced coffee is 1.99and I was charged full price and he was so rude and would not correct the amount off the register and told me oh well, your app doesn't work on our register as if my barcode is different than anyone else. They were so rude and over charged me. I am complaining this time, as this has happened several times where the perks offers don't ring up the promo price, but this time he was so rude. I have the receipt as I saved it so when I get home I can send you the info if needed. This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to and I go every day to get an Iced coffee and this one has burned bagels, if I ask what's in a certain donut like a managers special, they say they don't know. They don't even try and ask another coworker to see what's In the donut. They are not friendly, the girls hair is everywhere, no hair nets, just long hair on all the girls, no-one washed their hands once while I was there. The bathroom is gross like its never cleaned. Please let me know what we can do to fix these issues and what can I do about my app not working for the promo perks as they always make me pay full price and they see the perks offers on my phone and just say oh well, u have to pay what the register says and there was no manager to talk to. I'm very upset as there is always an issue, and I get an attitude but I am professional and not rude to them. I just ask them to fix the amount to ring up as the special that is advertised. I've been in the food industry and the special price is always supposed to be honored.
please get back to me and let me know how we can rectify the situation.

Thank you, .

Susan Parreira

My niece was a former employee at Summer St. Arlington Dunkin Donuts and was treated unfairly by management. Even with an over-filled beverage you should have been able to avoid spilling on yourself simply by paying attention (for example, leaning forward during your first sip). It's very likely they will not pay for your dry-cleaning. Consider using a Tide To-Go Pen.

Dunkin' Donuts store#303416 calumet city, ill

Someone at the Dunkin Donuts #303416 store is committing fraud. On October 17th, 2017 I notice a charge on my account from this Dunkin store. I haven't patronized this store in over a year due to someone making purchases to my checking account from this same store without my card being present and it was not me. I went to the store to complain but nothing happened. Now a year later the same thing is happening. The purchase is small but it's still fraud. What kind of people do this store employe!?

It isn't necessarily a store employee as it could be someone else who has stolen your information. Contact your credit card company to dispute the charges and then cancel your card so that a new card number can be issued.

Dunkin' Donuts horrible service from the manager

I visited a Dunkin Doughnuts location on 10/14/2017 at 9:45 a.m. in Sanford Fl located on Rhinehart Rd. I went to order a Baskin Robbins mango smoothie because I do not like the original dunking ones and the manager Marco proceeded to state "Well, this one cost more" and I stated that it is fine. He gave me a hard stare that made me extremely uncomfortable and stated "It's always the complicated b*****s" Shocked, I said excuse me and he said that it is a complicated process to have to fix something that is a baskin product when he can just make it dunkin. I thought he was joking at first. I have never received that customer service response before. What made matters worse is that he fixed everyone else stuff first and then stated her forgot that I was still here. And then when I told him I will make sure I get in touch with corporate concerning his attitude he said "Lady, if you do i dont give a d**n. They do not make or break my paycheck" I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! When e did do my order after 45 mins of waiting...the order was WRONG

Dunkin' Donuts poor service exploited labor participating in privileged class parlance

In the good old days, the Library of Congress (LOC) in Washington, D.C. used to have a full service cafeteria in the basement dining room off the corridor. Like many institutions (hospitals, universities, etc) the cafeterias have been replaced with corporate franchises. This happened several years ago here. To save a little money meaning not having to extend benefits or protections, these workers have been replaced by the fast-food workers.

Instead of a full-service cafeteria all they have now is Dunkin Donuts and Subway.

But it beats all to see all these younger LOC workers lining up as willing commercial Dunkin Donuts patrons. I really dislike DD with a passion. It goes back to a family friend (Chinese American lady) who tried to open her own franchise back in the 90s in Renton, WA. She had a background in nursing but wanted to try working in business. It was a disaster,
and it wasn't because she didn't try or didn't work her knickers off. (I know because she would stay at our house). It was because of the rank racism, it's institutional, with DD.

For some reason imho DD really thrives with a base of square, hunky-dory types who are steeped in the dialectics of catholic white privilege. There's a classism embedded with a woman who can't bother making coffee for herself and who has the time to waste standing in line for 15 minutes to get some pumpkin donut balls (typically only two) at DD here to start off her morning. It's actually a thinly disguised social scene where we get to see them in their pretty shoes, Macy's dresses, plaid shirts, khaki slacks and whatnot.

In Renton, you got the Irish blue collar Jack and Jill types who just didn't like seeing anything run by anyone who didn't fit the stereotype of their class. That meant the manager should not have been a Chinese-American female (even if the negative stereotypes all but encourage exploitation as sex-workers).

Today imho DD still plays up to the stereotypes somehow with their commercials or commercialism. For instance, the charcoal donut ad in Thailand featuring a black-faced Thai "jez funning."

I don't believe they support their employees very well either, as generally is the case with fast-foods, meaning their workers may not receive deserve overtime, or vacation pay, or full-time benefits. If you check the BBB you will notice, for instance, as of today they only have a C+ rating due to failure to respond and they are not BBB accredited. There are, in fact, numerous low-star reviews about Dunkin Donuts at the Consumer Affairs website. In fact, I also find their coffee to not have much taste, and their donuts like puff pastry.

Here the DD workers also are rude to LOC guests. I had a coupon for $.25 cents off coffee, and the worker said it wasn't good here. She didn't even check with her manager until I insisted. Then she just stood there and expected me to walk away after she said the coupon was no good. She did not even ask that I might want to order coffee anyway. She just stood
there and did not say anything. When I tried to prompt her, saying, "Aren't you going to ask what I might like?" She looked at me very huffy and nonplussed and acted as if that was totally out of line. Then she looked over my head and around at the other people in line (mostly LOC workers) who also participated in gaming me by pretending I was asking a very rude question.

Obviously, like at a Southern ball, she thinks all she has to say is "Next?" With a willing line of dupes, I guess that is all she has to do, is act like a matron doling punch servings out of the punch bowl.

The environment here is part-and-parcel with Dunkin Donuts and Subway, this is why I mention it. If in past years, we had a cafeteria where cafeteria workers assiduously milled around the open service islands, cleaned the tables, and made small talk with the workers and guests, that was part of the sense of a camaraderie. Everyone participated in making it feel like a welcoming place. People had more choice and independence. The food was more authentic. It had real class. People also cared more about the food workers.

Today, it is more like a rank-and-file prep-school meetup. It blows me away that the LOC workers can't see the writing on the wall. They think they are the grand exception to all that is happening in the private sector and everywhere else because they are part of the privileged jet set. They are well-paid enough to not think about the big picture. Rather than dwell on the jobless recovery and privatization of the middle class job sectors, they can diddle away their time reminiscing about the Great Depression and New Deal. Maybe they regard it as part of sinecure that they only need to work 8 hours, somewhat leisurely, and then go home. (Boy are they out of touch if they think it's just all about learning some ball-room dancing and watching old-timer movies from the early 20th century.)

The DD workers hate the $1.00 coffee machine outside in the nearby snack room in the hallway. The DD worker saw me use this machine on a later date (to avoid them of course) and she purposely plunked herself down nearby in front of the machine to partially block people's way to discourage them from buying coffee from the coffee machine.

I can't imagine what it takes to make the DD workers love their job like that, except that they are completely brainwashed. They sure don't act like they respect people, themselves, or anyone else. In fact, it sort of reminds me of
how MerryMaids employ corporate brainwashing to make the maids love their exploitative jobs.

In closing, here's an example in the NY Daily News about an employee harassing a customer (colored worker harassing a female patron of color http://www.grubstreet.com/2016/06/dunkin-donuts-gets-backlash-over-workers-racism.html).

And here's the photo of the Thai blackfaced donut ad (http://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/dunkin-donuts-apologizes-racist-thai-campaign-article-1.1442463) as if to insinuate that being black is just a joke, a flavor of the day.

Happy Dunkin!

Dunkin' Donuts moldy food

This morning 10/12/2017 I went to the dunkin donuts at 1435 Battlefield Blvd N, Chesapeake, VA 23320 and I ordered a sesame bagel with egg and cheese. lately the bagels have been really hard and seemed old but I did not complain because I don't want to be that customer who complains. while driving and eating my bagel sandwich I went to take it out of the paper after eating half of it and there was mold all over the bottom of the bagel. when I looked harder it was on the top of it as well. I have not been able to go back to the dunkin due to the fact that I am at work and was on my way to work this morning. By the time I am out there is usually a different crew that is there. I am super uset that I just ate half of a moldy bagel and I am even more upset that I was served an old bagel WITH MOLD. I hope this complaint gets back to the location as I will never be going there again.

Dunkin' Donuts dunkin management deplorable ignoring complaints

Dunkin executive leadership is following its consistent pattern of ignoring complaints in that I once again had a problem at a store only to have DD customer service force me to wait for the franchisee to respond, which of course it never did. It has been several days past the established two-day
period for such a response.

My sense is that the franchisee never responds because it knows that DD does not require any effort to resolve disputes.

I once again left messages on the voice mails of virtually everyone listed on the executive leadership section of the DD website. Not one of them have responded.

DD customer service told me the complaint before this one simply to not shop at the location at which I was having the same ongoing problem. I have done so and now at going to stop shopping at all locations.

Spending more than a dollar on a stale doughnut is not worse several futile hours of seeking satisfaction when history repeats itself in the store. I can get just as good doughtnuts less expensively in the grocery store or have a better experience at CORPORATE-OWNED Starbucks and get a better response if things do not go well.

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

On September 27th at 3:28 pm I went through your Dunkin Donuts at 532 Oxbow Road Palmyra ME Store #306526. Transaction sequence: 5619379. I went through the drive thru and I said I had a tax exempt number on the credit card. The lady at the register (Bethany L.) was awesome but had to ask manager to do the tax exempt because she didn't know how. This twenty something manager comes up and says " we do not do tax exempt" and walks off.

First, its required by law to do the tax exempt. Though it was very little tax, I have to hear about it from my finance department which makes me look bad.

Please send me a voucher or something ( I don't drink coffee ) for this stupidity and poor customer service of your manager on duty.
