no wi-fi service - 2 yrs of complaints - just had it!

For the past 2 years I have been and other have been complaining to management that the wi-fi service is not operational, but all we get is 'really?' type response... so I am asking for the owner of the store to step up and keep his patriots happy by installing a new wi-fi router... the owner simply procrastinates all repair work.. no matter what it is, it takes forever to be repaired...in fact we as the patrons think it is funny, and now are taking guesses on how long it will take something to be repaired. if you go to other local coffee shops the first thing you will notice is there are many people sitting using their laptops - not at this shop, because people now know there there is no wi-fi - and it is hopeless complaining to the management; why bother, nothing ever gets done. owner needs to placed on-notice for he is becoming a joke now with the patrons. another example, is that one of the 3 front access doors has been of out-of-operation now for nearly 4 weeks... this is something that could be repaired very easily within in a couple of days - but oh no not at this store. we (the patrons) are taking estimates among ourselves that it will take 10-14 weeks to repair. the owner is all about putting money in his own pocket rather than making the customers happy... all the table tops 'wobble' and someday their will be a lawsuit filed against the store because hot coffee stilled on a patron; nearly happened over a week ago... a patron was mad because he spilt coffee on himself because the table top wobbled... the only table that does not wobble is the 'handicap table' which is secured to the floor, and by the way does not have a handicap label on it (it used to). the annoying part is, you find handicap people need to sit at that table and have to use a wobbly table because their handicap table is being occupied. shameful to be honest. management not paying attention to customers comfort and safety. patron should not have to complain about these issues, management should take care of the matter in an expedition manner.. the owner is clearly at fault. please please see what you can do to at least get this issues repaired and have a new wi-fi router installed - keep the customers happy!
multiple complaints
This has happened within the last 3 weeks. First, week one I stand in a long line get to the counter and I am told I cannot get a large iced coffee because they are out of cups. Next time, I go there I am told they have no iced coffee. Then I want a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, I am told no breakfast sandwiches were available because they are short staffed, keep in mind I was the only one in line. Today 5/2 was the last straw I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and I am told they have NO BACON. How does one run a business this was. Well you have lost my business and I am sure many others...

I worked for several months at the Dunkin' Donuts on East Mcnab in Pompano Beach Florida . The manager Ana screams and yells at the employees like it's nobody's business. She embarrasses customers by calling them fat. I don't understand how someone like that could be a manager ans the store owner just let that go. She gets aggravated when people have a slightly change in the order. Customer service? That's a joke she argues with customers when her employees mess up an order. The corporate office seriously need to check how that franchise store is being run. There's flies on the Jonah is not some kind of health code that store should be shut down .

I went to the dunks on Portland avenue in Dover, NH. To get a coffee and a bagel, the girl hat help me was wonderful. But the young man working drive thru was using vulgar language and swearing a lot said the F word multiple times and used the C word. When I asked the girl who waited on me his name she told me it was kaleb. I was very unsatisfyed because in had my 2 smal children with and he was talking about getting high outback. I don't think I'll ever go to that dunks again due to this. I was a regular customer there too.

I came to the Dunkin Donuts on Jeffersonville in Louisville before heading to the Louisville marathon. When I ordered a sandwich on a bagel, the cashier rudely told me they were no longer making sandwiches because they didn't have anymore gloves. She continued to text on her phone before I was waiting to order and then rudely told me "we can't make anything else. We don't have gloves"

4/28/17 - Im writing to say that I have had my last visit to Dunkin Donuts today. I have been frequenting Dunkin Donuts in Canton, NY since it opened several years ago. As of lately, the same managers are still there, unfortunately. The customer service continues to worsen and today was the worst. The managers are rude, they yell at their employees in front of customers which then upsets the employees to distract them from their jobs of getting orders correct, etc... I feel that there needs to be some major changes in this store in particular, and there should be much more training on customer service with all of your employees, managers included. Several others that have been frequented this store have had the same complaints and are also getting their beverages, etc... elsewhere. I hope that you will seriously consider this complaint and rectify it immediately in order to continue with your business. Thank you.
unethical customer service
The dunkin donuts open 24 hours at 579 atwells ave #3, providence ri, 02909 is by far the rudest and unprofessional. The african american female who works the night shift should be fired, she doesn't have any etiquette skills or customer service skills, she burns the food and doesn't make the coffees or hot chocolates how you want them. The hispanic female who works as well is rude and doesn't know how to say "thank you have a goodnight" and always has a crappy attitude. I dont recommend anyone going here how many times does someone have to complain about the same thing from the same store until corporate starts investigating? unbelievable! start training the right people ..
rude and unprofessional manager
I visited Store 350901 at 7512 S. Dixie Hwy, West Palm Bch, FL on 4/18/17 and ordered medium Cold Brew with cream and sugar at the drivethu. Store manager was cashier. The coffee was too dark and I asked for a creamer to go. The manager asked me to give her the coffee back. She looked at the coffee and said "It's coldbrew. It's supposed to be dark. What do you expect?" Then she handed it back to me. This manager has been rude many times in the past. She is defensive to the point of offensiveness. I consider her behavior both unnecessary and unprofessional. This is also a very poor example to set for the staff. The manager should set the tone for good customer service not the opposite

Your Shift Manager Adrienne Locklear from Dunklin Donuts in Hyannis, Massachusetts on Main Street is/was rude and refused to resolve my issue with being over charged for dozen of donuts she is obviously on drugs of some kind. Adrienne is from Memphis, Tennessee and has a felony record convicted of attempted murder amongst other felony charges, Dunkin Donuts should be more thorough on the people they hire.
I had the wrong drink and wrong donut
So my father had went to dunkin donuts to get a vanilla bean colada and when i looked at it was a large with wipped cream. I had ordered a small with no wipped cream and when i tasted it, it tasted like coffee. I went there many times and never had this problem and i had ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles. It came out to be a strawberry frosted dount. So i got the wrong drink and donut.
no plates, no forks
I went to the Dunkin Donuts, in Derby, Vermont, today, April 19th, 2017. We ordered 2 coffee rolls, asked for them to be warmed up, which was no problem, but when given the order, it was given in a paper bag. We assumed it was because the server thought that we wanted takeout. So we went back to the cash, and asked for plates and forks and were told Dunkin Donuts doesn't have plates (Styrofoam or otherwise) and doesn't have forks. Really? For something as sticky as a coffee roll? Is this a policy of all Dunkin Donuts? The coffee roll was very good, just very sticky to be eaten with your fingers.

I was in to the Chambersburg Dunkin location yesterday around 11am and asked for an iced vanilla coffee with extra cream and sugar. When I received my product it was darker than blacktop. I spoke to a blue shirt, Asian girl, I believe her name tag said Sara and she stated that I was wrong in how I ordered. For one I don't think a customer should ever be told they're wrong. And for two, I ALWAYS order my drink the same way and it's made right. I came back tonight in hopes that this Sara girl wouldn't be working and around 9:35pm the doors were locked and the store was closed with no signs of anybody. I reread the door and saw that the hours are until 10pm. Not sure why the store closed but maybe Dunkin should learn to live up to its expectations. I WILL NOT be returning as long as this girl has any authority. I'm sure she was the one who had the idea to close early.
chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles

For about 4 months now, I have visited the Dunkin near me every so often. The address of the location is 16055 FL-52, Land O Lakes, FL 34638. I always get the same thing & it has only been correct a handful of times. My main issue is I order 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. They have always been half sprinkled/partially frosted. After a long while, I became irritated that I was not getting what I pay for & that there's no quality control. Finally, I complained & was told they would contact the manager immediately & resolve this. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from a lady by the name of Sue Masson (not sure what her title is. She did not specify). She had apologized & told me, "As for the choc frosted donuts, they are made both ways, half sprinkled and full sprinkled. If you request a full sprinkled donut, they will be happy to accommodate you." However, this is not the case cause I request a fully sprinkled donut every time & I'm always told they do not offer fully sprinkled. I told her I appreciated her response & looked forward to getting what I pay for. I visited this location a couple days after our conversation & nothing had changed. I still recieved half sprinkled. I spoke with Sue again directly & she told me she would handle it. My next visit, I had finally received a fully sprinkled & fully frosted donut! Then, the next visit after that & the 4 following visits, I began receiving half sprinkled donuts again! Every single time, about 4 or 5 times total, I messaged Sue directly & emailed the customer service department via the Dunkin Donuts website. Every time, I recieved the same reply stating it would be resolved & they apologized. It has been almost a month & a half & this issue has yet to be rectified. I am so fed up with all of this & this will be the last time I reach out to Dunkin regarding this issue. I hope this will be taken care of. I plan to visit this location one last time in hopes I will recieve what I pay for. If I still recieve a half sprinkled donut, that will unfortunately be my last visit. I was told Dunkin has a high standard for customer satisfaction but that is clearly not the case. I have been patient & persistent long enough. I hope this gets resolved asap.

unfair treatment
My husband Muhammad Waqar was terminated from his job on a Wednesday 4/6/17 at Dunkin Donuts located at 6627 Bay Parkway, Brooklyn, New York, 11204. They claimed he stole two dollars from the register in actuality this was tip money. They did not call him in for a meeting so he could explain the circumstances. Instead Field Manager Eric and Manager Yasir Muhammad decided to terminate him, they did not call him to clarify nothing. They did not even call the police. Instead they sent all the employees at Dunkin Donuts a video of my husband taking two dollars. He is deeply embarrassed and depressed he is no longer coming home. I have a 9 year old son to take care of. He has been mistreated at this job before and I'm a concerned wife. The head boss Teddy told Field Manager Eric To tell my husband to go #### and kill himself. He is very unprofessional and this is how they treat their employees. I just want this matter investigated, If this matter is not resolved. I will bring media and new reporters to investigate this unprofessional behavior from Eric, Yasir, and Teddy.

So I went to Dunkin' Donuts on 4-13-17 at 6:50 am in Rockford Illinois on E State street, I ordered a dozen donuts per usual. My son ate more than half of his donut when he pulls out a piece of plastic about 4 inches long and sort of thick because it had gotten baked into it. I'm not exactly sure what it was but it was gross. This incident completely turned my stomach and disgusted me and my son. Hopefully something will be done seeming how we are only supposed to eat edible things and not foreign objects.

I went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Selinsgrove, PA on 4/8/17 around 6 pm and I received the wrong drink. I ordered a sweet tea and received a non sweetened tea. So I went back in and told the blonde haired young lady about it and she had a lot of attitude with me! I could hear her complaining to her friend about it while making me new drinks! So rude! I will never go to that Dunkin' Donuts again!

I work across the street at Harlem hospital and my coworkers and myself always have an issue with this location. Today I ordered the $1.99 Medium iced coffee on my Perks card and she charged me full price. After I stated why was my bill so high she explained that is the price of the coffees. I spoke with the manager and he stated the price of the coffee is full price and I must tell the cashier next time. In which I did at the time of the order. Every time I go to this location they constantly do not offer the specials that my DD members award card offers. it is always an issue with them. Another time I went to get my refillable mug and had a hard time since they stated I must pay full price for the mug even if I am a member since it does not have a scan bar to deduct the price of the product. I am a loyal customer to this location and am very dissatisfied with there customer service and overall service. Any other DD offers the awards and provides the service. They are the only ones who never has the deal or charges full price

The license that this location have is for 24 Hrs. But they close at midnight! Obviously it's illegal but they still do it. I spoke to the management on several occasions, they did inform me that they are suppose to be open 24Hrs. But the night workers insist on closing after midnight!
In the top of it I got asked in a rude manner to leave the facility or they will call the police on me. What a nice customer service for a loyal customer!

Allen Nielson and his manager Mrs Brady at the Clinton CT. Store on main St had me trasspassed from that store for something that never happened and could not supply the local police with a video to show that anything actually happen. The police came to my home accusing me of a problem which never happen. Days later after a visit to the E.R. I went to get a prescription filled across the street from said D&D when two police officers approached my truck. They explain that I was looking at the employees from across the street. Irritated I explain that they are harrassing me and I want something done about it. The officer's then went to the Dunkin Donuts and explained that I did nothing wrong...

I am regular customer of DD in a branch near my house - 971, Route 1, Avenel NJ 07001. I own a DD perks card and I had a free beverage earned through points . I got it this morning and Half way through my drink I found stuff getting stuck in my mouth. When I opened the lid, I found weird things floating in my coffee and j have no idea what they are. I have taken pictures of this.
