Dunkin' Donuts no donuts

I'm a loyal customer, usually, I buy 10 tasty donuts every week and rarely have issues with the store, sometimes they are out of donuts I prefer, but today was a special day or what... I was told that there are no ten donuts for me. Yes, this is not the first time I get an answer like this, but they always offered something different instead. Unfortunately today I bought neither ten donuts nor alternative. Next week I will go there again and try to order the same, but if something like this will happen again I will just choose a different place for a breakfast.

Dunkin' Donuts stale, day old tiny doughnuts with a teaspoon of filling

Went to the DD shop on Middlebelt Road, Livonia, MI Thursday, August 10 at 2:30 pm. I wanted a dozen lemon filled doughnuts to go. They only had 10, but threw in a couple of others that I didn't want to make up the 12. These doughnuts had sat in the display for 8 hours or more when I picked them up. They were tiny, stale, and very scant filling. At $8.97 a dozen, this has to be one of the BIGGEST doughnut RIPOFFS of all time!
Luckily, I had a $1 off coupon to apply to these horrible doughnuts. My 97 year old mom said she had never had worse doughnuts in her ENTIRE LIFE! She said if it weren't for the lemon filling, she wouldn't be eating these doughnuts. We hadn't been to a DD shop in 18 years, so we were first disappointed by the COST, then by the STALENESS of the product, and then by the TINY SIZE. A terrible experience that we won't be repeating. Just thought you should know.

I wish you could have seen these tiny (3 inch diameter) excuses for donuts. They were not only tiny, but stale from sitting all day long, and almost absent filling in ALL 12 of them! 45 years ago, they were very good donuts. I will NEVER return to any DD shop again, fresh or not, at $9.00 a dozen, Krispy Kreme are 100% SUPERIOR in every way. No wonder they are going down the proverbial tubes, just sayin'.

I worked at DD 45 years ago. Those donuts are made once a day - at 1 to 3 AM. You want fresh? You gotta go early in the day, hon.. BTW, there was to be 3 tbsp. minimum of filling in every donut. Just sayin.'

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behavior

I love your coffee, That not the problem it is that one of your stores disrespected New York Policeman trying to buy coffee and the people in the store would not serve them. I will no longer be buying your coffee, If you do not reprimand the store and to the police officers themselves, Their Job is not easy I come from a family of police Officer and my self served Our Country for Thirty Years. Dunkin' Donuts i'm complaining about lack of products in rhode island

I am a plumber based out of Rhode Island I go to Dunkin every morning and afternoon my favorite sandwich was the chicken bacon ranch on a croissant for some reason you stupid [censor] punish Rhode Islanders by taking away all of our sandwiches it's bad enough we live in this state that most employees can't even make coffee rite so I have to drink bad coffee because now I'm hooked on Dunkin coffee and I can't even enjoy my favorite sandwich cuz you decide to punish us but mass in Connecticut still have all the sandwiches be back later to complain some more

Dunkin' Donuts worker

This worker by the name of Chris was rude and disrespectful to me. Completely got my order wrong! He just talks to his friends and gives them free stuff but ignores the real customers. I will definitely not be going to that Dunkin anymore. The location is 6200 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634. This man also smelled like pot. Unless something is done I will make sure no one goes there again!

Dunkin' Donuts services

About 8 am, I went into the Dunkin Donuts located at Penn Station (1st time at this location) I'm 6 months pregnant BUT I'm a faithful Dunkin' customer every Mon-Fri now ordering Decaf iced coffees. I asked for a Med Decaf caramel iced coffee the sales person stated they don't sell Decaf coffee. Is this true? I believe NOT, Decaf should ALWAYS be a menu item for people who can't consume caffeine. I was shocked to say the least so I simply ordered a blueberry donut BUT while still there, I decided on the coffee (caffeine) the cashier repeats my order to the barista and she shouts "WE DO NOT CARRY WHIPPED CREAM"! I think this is crazy and she was out of line. Never at any other location and the state doesn't matter have I had such an experience. It makes me NOT want to spend anymore money with the company, granted I'm only 1 of several BUT customer service is key in this business and I'm extremely disappointed.

Dunkin' Donuts store safety

Store is completely unsafe. There are always homeless people hanging about and employees are scared to run them off for fear of being threatened. Manager does nothing about the unsafe status even though they know about it. No lights around the building so it is extremely dark early in the morning. At night only one person is working in the store which is dangerous for them.

Dunkin' Donuts food service incomplete

Hello,

This morning I was at the Logan airport and ordered the regular turkey bacon cheddar cheese egg sandwich, just like the recepit reads. However, the employees at Dunkin' did not put any egg in an egg sandwich. Unfortunately, I couldnt correct this at the point of purchase because I took the sandwich with me on the plane. Once I was in the air did I only realize there was no egg! This was very disappointing to me and not what I ordered. I am not sure if I will continue getting breakfast sandwiches ar Dunkin'.

Dunkin' Donuts product/service

Hello,

I want to first tell you how happy I am to have DD back in Cali. I live near your location on Sherman Way and Van Nuys, CA. I thought it would be great to stop by on my way home for some of my favorite DD snacks. DONUTS! Mmmmmm

Unfortunately, at 10:10pm fifty minute before closing the donut selection was limited to only Donut holes and a couple of missed souls on the shelf. Quote me if I'm wrong... the name on the sign says DONUTS!?!
I've run restaurants for most of my career and if 45 mins before closing I told guests that we were out of food?, emails to corporate would have gotten pretty ugly for me the next day. Even worse would have been something like this; we have donuts in the back and we are not allowed to sell them to you. ? So you have donuts in the back and we as customers aren't able to get them because Managment says they aren't able to give them out until morning?

Just so we can understand,

A multi million dollar company, on the stock exchange, no less. Does not have donuts and yet the doors are still open with 45+ mins left until closing? In the food and beverage service we call that a FAIL!

Negative! They told me they have donuts in the back and weren't able to sell them until morning. Per orders from management! This had nothing to do with orders being delivered. This is clearly a store decision to not sell donuts at night. My point would be; if you don't have donuts and the title of your business is "Dunkin DONUTS!" Then close and lock your doors! Every other donut shop I've been to doesn't seem to have this issue. Don't try and cover up with excuses for poor Management execution. They only just made it clear that Costs are more important then Customers. End of story!

Stephen im sorry for the way you were treated but most donuts at dunkin are not made at the stores they are delivered in the morning around 4am and they have a limited amount for the day so comming 40 mins till close and they sell throughout the day they will be limited. I agree some stores should have two deliveries one at 4am and one at 2pm

Dunkin' Donuts a disrespectful employee

I work for Rehabilitation Support Services in Albany NY. I have a mentally ill client who broke down in tears from an experience at Dunkin' Donuts on New Scotland Ave in Albany New York across the street from St Peter's Hospital.
She informed me that she had gone to Dunkin Donuts on Sunday evening July 23rd with the intention to purchase a coffee. She further explained that she wanted to use the bathroom before making her purchase. She said that she approached the counter and spoke with an African American girl who was very rude to her. My client asked if she could use the bathroom. Your employee said to my client "don't be in there all day! " My client was offended and uncomfortable, bit she proceeded to the bathroom. My client claims she was in the bathroom for a few moments when your employee busted into the bathroom because she felt that my client was not moving fast enough for her. My client felt completely violated and so uncomfortable she left the store without purchasing anything. I asked my client did she know the employee's name. She could not remember exactly, but she says it started with the letter "S".
Dunkin Donuts on New Scotland Ave is my client's neighborhood store and she's been faithful to the store for years. Now she's afraid to go into the establishment. She's too timid to make the complaint herself, but it is my responsibility to advocate for her. Custer service employees should NEVER be allowed to treat people in such a manner disabled or not.
I hope my client gains the courage to return to your store soon. More importantly I pray she's never treated like that again, and neither is anyone else.

Dunkin' Donuts shift leader

Lately for the past month or so, our sundays at Dunkin have been sooo frustrating due the loud and abnoxious screaming and yelling from the employees. I looked over the counter, and I saw an employee with a blue shirt on. And if I’m correct that’s shift leader. Tons of piercings. Short, baggy pants. Underware showing. She was in with them not caring about what the employees were doing because she was doing it with them. Horrible leader ship!

Dunkin' Donuts customer service complaint against the asst manager at store #347346

3 instances recently. (1) the asst mgr called the only person helping at the counter to the back to help make sandwiches when there were already herself and 2 others in the back, leaving the front unattended and waiting for already ordered coffee (myself and 2 other people. (2) stopped in the drive thru a couple days ago, 510am, not busy, no one came on the intercom after 3 1/2 min. I drove around, parked, went inside and there the asst mgr is with the wireless headset around her neck. There were two other customers inside that she was helping then hollared to the back for help, no one came up to the front. I also noticed that she had her 5 or 6 year old child (boy) behind the counter with her (really?). Today, 07/23/17, i stopped again at around 515am and she was there. There was only one othre customer that had already been helped and was waiting for a sandwich, then just me. The asst mgr comes from the back, looks at the newer employee, completely ignoring that im standing there and tries to get the employee to go to the back and the empl had to tell her, which i heard, i'm trying to help this customer (me). The asst mgr and another employee was alread in the back making a sandwich, not sure why she wanted more help. I understand there may be other things going on that i may not be aware of, however, i have been going to this store for the past 4-5 years, mostly 4-5 times a week even. I have most recently cut back because the service and attitude from this asst mgr is horrible. There is never any acknowledgement, greeting, apology for the wait, nothing ever from her. I work as a supervisor in a 911 center, granted we don't have to have face to face contact, but there are expectations for customer service. It should be even more so for face to face contact. She is without a doubt a poor representative for this store. Please feel free to contact me for any other details you may need at my email [protected]@charter.Net.

This is the first time i have ever submitted a complaint about any business, but since i am an avid dunkin customer i feel it is important to submit by complaint in this instance. I truly love your products but feel less and less likely to go because she is there.

Dunkin' Donuts managers treatment

Hi. I am writing on behalf of my daughter Melonie Wellington. She use to work there for the summer. My daughter was working her butt off fulling in for people that was also late. One morning she was late, she was immediately written up and with a verbal warning, that next time it happened, she would be fired! So her hours were cut. She mad sure after that she was on time. Couple of times she was asked to stay because a colleague was late, she said no. Now my daughter is the only one she gave a write up. While everyone was coming late. So Melonie only worked her allotted hours. This morning my daughter went to work at 4am only to be told, she was not on the schedule! Now come on, is this how people are treated in the states? I am trying not to use the race card but everything that lady did scream just that! Why let my child walk on the street at that hour of the morning? To come to a work that was no longer? Is that how people are terminated in the states? Because I can't use u how I want I take you off my schedule?

Dunkin' Donuts rude and unacceptable service

I walked this morning as usual to pick up my usual Dunkin Donuts coffee at around 6AM and really walked out very frustrated and humiliated by one of your server named Karina (receipt attached).
I ordered my usual coffee and remembered I have an AARP card for a donut and showed her and said, "I can't see if it expired..." and I said no problem and flashing the card closer. Her unexpected response was, " I can see don't bring it close or I slap you". I got shocked with her unbelievable and unexpected words, asked her what she said holding my phone, and again she repeated it adding, "I slap and you can record it".
I got numbed, confused, speechless and rolling my eyes around for a manager and a customer behind me on a line said, 'that is rude' while I was walking away. Another person with a coffee and a donuts bag in his hand walked towards my car to tell me that I need to address and complain on it.
I did tell him I'll and thanked him.
This is something typical that will never leave my mind and I sincerely would like to see that person disciplined accordingly. I including my associates will stay away from Dunkin Donuts products and I'll follow through the steps that has been takes.

Dunkin' Donuts dunkin' donuts baristas

I walked into your satyr hill location in Maryland, and ask for a large Americano with some skim milk. The barista questioned me and began explaining to me what a americano was. I politely ask again to have some skim milk put in and the barista shouts to the other barista, "she wants skim milk in it?" " yeah I don't know ... that's just want she wants .. I mean it's just espresso and water and now she wants milk in it ?!" She made a disgusted face at me and The whole store heard them and I felt uncomfortable and was upset over the fact that I just came in to buy a coffee and was questioned by the barista over something trivial like having some milk put in my americano? I am never go back.

The Dunkin Donuts at 146 n mcdade blvd. seems pretty incompetent.
Ordered some breakfast sands and waited a while even though it was not busy .I inquired about them and they knew nothing about it.Even the guy who took my money for my order. So I just left. They can have the money.I figure my marketing of Wawa on here and elsewhere will make up for it.This is why Wawa is ahead because they are way more competent and efficient.

Dunkin' Donuts night service at 22w251 north ave glen ellyn il 60137

Specifically only related to dunkin donuts located at 22w251 north ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. I have given them many chances to get their service right, they failed miserably every time. Last night was the worst, the gentleman(Shabbir) took the order for three drinks, two hot coffees and a hot chocolate. Advised me to drive around to window, as soon as I pull up to window, he disappears. I wait patiently, honked the horn a few times, then drive around to see he's accepting deliveries. By the time I get to the delivery door, he has gone back inside. The delivery driver said he's inside now, even he said their service is the worst! I went back to window, Mr. Shabbir says he forgot and he was doing something else. I complained to him about night service being bad and he argues that it's not on his days. He wanted to hand over the coffees he made 15 minutes ago, ridiculous!
Either some one steps in to sort this situation out or this will be reported and shared.

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behavior of teens

On Friday, 7/7/17 at 10:30 a.m. I went to Dunkin Donuts at 61-58 Springfield Blvd. Oakland Gardens, NY 11364. The atmosphere was toally out of control, with a bunch of teenagers playing cards at the table without any purchase of anything. It was loud and disruptive, every once in a while, they would yell or scream making everyone to look up. I actually called this location from my cell while I was there. It took at least 5 tries, no one would answer the phone. When I asked for the Manager, the woman who finally answered the phone asked for my name. I told her I was a customer and she kept asking for my name, then I went on to say..."please stop these kids from taking over the store"...she said that they had purchased food. I told her not now, they are totally taking over the store and you are not doing anything about it. The woman refused to give me the manager's name. If they were quiet, that's ok, but they were out of control, loud and lots of outbursts. I was trying to drink my coffee and eat my donut when all of a sudden they sprayed AXE COLOGNE SPRAY, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. I WAS FORCED TO GET UP AND LEAVE. NO RESPECT AT ALL!

Dunkin' Donuts creamer used in the coffee is expired.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to put in a complaint of the dunkin on location 1068 Old Country Rd, Plainview · [protected]. I have recently moved to the area and work 9 mins away from this location and since last week and this week I have been getting the same coffee hazelnut crème and sugar hot coffee just diff sizes med or large depending on the day. but this week Wednesday(7/5/17) and Friday (7/7/17) I have got the same coffee but both the times I have got expired crèmer there is white stuff on top of the coffee I do have pictures taken. initially when this happened I let it go thinking its ok it happens but same issue is today I will be going back to the dunkin to show them the coffee since this happened twice and its very unhealthy. My concern is that its very annoying to thru the day without coffee and ruins the day plus I cant go back to get replacement during work hours either and i'm concerned I can get sick of this as well. And also its to be noted that if the person making the coffee sees the white things floating should be aware that its gone bad not sell it to the customers its a health risk issues and dangerous as well.
Also note that I pay by credit card I have not go any sort of receipt till date and I have been going there for 2 weeks now.
I would want to get my refund back for both the coffee and I will not be going to that location ever again and there should be inspection done for that facility and location.
I'm attaching photos of the coffee.
