Dunkin' Donuts online order

I placed on order on the app for pick up at the Oakland Pittsburgh location at 3907 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was charged for the cream cheese. When I got to my office and opened my food, my bagel had butter on it now cream cheese. I hate butter and had to throw away the bagel I want a full refund for my order!

Dunkin' Donuts manager/payroll

Hi, my name is Jessica Earle. I was hired at the store on East bay Dr in Largo FL. I was told I was going to be training at this store and eventually be given a store of my own to operate. My manager told me while training I would be making $11.00 an hour when I received my check I was only being paid $9.00 . When I asked about this I was told it would be fixed 2 weeks later the issue hasn't been fixed also my hours have been tampered with and I was fired after questioning these issues. I would like someone to get back to me on this matter. Thanks

Dunkin' Donuts customer complaint

I am a regular customer at the Dunkin Donut located at 2035 Bartow Ave Bronx NY 10475. I observed this female whose name is Vicky (last name unknown) She is observed harassing a close friend of mine, on a regular basis. On Sept 26, 2018 at 2:00pm, my friend enters and the female is observed by myself and others, verbally abusing my friend. My friend tried to ignore this female, who kept on with the verbal assault. She is observed shouting at my friend hit me hit me. My friend said to the person are you trying to entice me to get me arrested this female answered yes. She has reported my friend to the police on a regular basis, holding that my friend gets arrested. The person always wears the same black clothing everyday. Of course there is a foul odor coming from this person. She always sits on the left side by the window in front of the garbage can.

Dunkin donuts located at 2035 bartow ave bx( in co-op city. I will be doing the same thing my friend joe is doing, leaving this dunkin donut and going to a better establishment. We will put out the word about what happened at this location and boycott this location.

Dunkin' Donuts false advertising

Went by 30 squire rd revere ma about 330pm - saw a sign on the highway - from 2 to 6 pm ice coffee is $2.00 - so went thru drive thru - got to window they said 2.88 - I questioned them on this & they said it doesnt start until oct 1 - well you should honor this - the sign has no date on it that says ice coffee starts oct 1 - I feel ripped off - I took pictures of the sign - got out of car & looked no date says oct 1 carlos waited on me I am very annoyed with dunks right now

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behaviour

09/22/2018 My Husband and I went to the Dunkin Donuts off of Spring Street in Racine, Wi. I went through the drive through, as the lady came on the intercom she asked 'how many I help you?' I kindly responded, 'one moment please' - so I can look over the menu as I did not know what I wanted. She responded, 'ughhh today is going to be a long day' then left her mic on so we can hear her using profanity about the customers in front of us. Once returned, I said, 'I would like one medium French vanilla Macchiato & one large French vanilla Macchiato, both hot'. She responded, ' two cold French vanilla macchiato except one is large' I said, ' no' repeated the order back. She yelled at me and said ' that is what I said' so loud it sounded like the speaker was blown. I proceeded to apologize thinking maybe I heard her wrong? But then she cut me off and told me the price and to follow forward. By this time I just wanted to leave the line, but my husband said to follow through. As approaching the window. I gave her a twenty dollar bill, she went to repeat the order again, she said it wrong again. I said, 'no two hot French vanilla macchiatos' at this time, I could care less the size. She cut me off again and said, 'two macchiatos' and shut the window.. when she approached with my change, she literally threw my change to me, dropping all of my change on the floor. Now I am fuming, another young nice gentleman brought us the proper drinks & looked at me as if he was suffering in there as we can still hear her cussing out other customers. I found out her name was Krystal. As we left, my husband called the store and asked to speak to the manager as he wanted to report her behavior. Come to find out, KRYSTAL IS THE MANAGER. We honestly hung up the phone is disgust. I will never ever be back at this Dunkin Donuts. I am so very disappointed in the behavior from your workers that takes place here.

A person named Vicky enters the dunkin donuts at 2035 Bartow ave Bronx NY in Bartow plaza, located in co-op city is observed confronting customers everyday, disrespecting and telling customers to hit her so that she can have them arrested This person is always dressed in black and is always seated by the window, next to the garbage can. This activity is causing this dunkin donut to lose customers. A friend of mine named joe is the main focus of this unethical behavior. She is disturbing all the customers piece of mine. She must be stopped from entering this establishment, before something bad happens.

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

Good afternoon. My name is Dell and I was purchasing a bagel with cream cheese at the dukin donuts located inside Port authority in NYC yesterday around 3 pm. The lines were long and super busy and I could tell and see the woman at the register was overwhelmed or frustrated. When it was my turn to approach her to place an order she was gone. She walked up, not all the way to me though, saw I was there said something and walked back to make sandwiches. I did not hear what she said due to all the noise in the store. So I went to the other cashier. He didn't even know what happened or what she was doing and all I said to him is where is she, is she coming back? Next thing I hear is her yelling something with an attitude. Like really? All she had to say was ma'am I'm sorry you didn't hear me but I said I'm going to the back to make sandwiches, please wait or go to next register. She was very nasty so I replied" well I didn't hear you!" And she kept talking back to me! I couldn't believe this is how an employee in the most popular franchise in a very popular travel site was acting! The yelling and shouting between us was ongoing! She needs to learn how to deal with customers when it's busy and she is feeling overwhelmed. This is not acceptable! She was a short older looking heavy set Caucasian woman. I did not get her name but she needs to be reprimanded. Please follow up via email for further info. I will not rest till my voice is heard as this is absolutely disgusting and embarrassing behavior. Dunkin' Donuts hot beverage cups

Hello,
Today, sept 22nd at roughly 9am, I purchased a medium hot coffee from the Dunkin' Donuts on Crescent Road in Clifton Park, NY. I immediately left the store after receiving my coffee and went into my car. Roughly 3 minutes into my drive while attempting to sip my coffee, the entire top portion of the cup below the lid began to melt away from the body of the cup. The coffee spilled onto my lower legs and car floor until I could open the door to kick the cup out. I have photos of the cup if you require them. I also immediately went back to the store to let the manager know and to let her see th cup, she offered a refund for my coffee. Dunkin' Donuts employee

My wife and I attempted to place a drive-thru order and after if you would Temps the employee seemed frustrated and could not understand my wife as she has an accent and is from Brazil. I took over and proceeded to complete the order it seemed as though the employee was irritated and scream through her mic that she could not understand that there were background noises and that she could not understand what my wife was saying. So we pulled up to the window in the employee proceeded to yell at us and tell her she could not understand so I engaged and let her have it told her I was contacting corporate and she said go ahead I don't care. My wife was much nicer about the situation than I was we drove off without paying as the employees continue to be rude and blamed us for the situation this was at Dunkin Donuts on Pittsfield Lenox Road in Pittsfield Massachusetts. It was Saturday September 15th at 10:30 a.m.

Dunkin' Donuts manger

The manger is very rude, he throws coffee pots at his employees, he pays ppl under the table, he is rude, he has a worker who gets high on the job, and when things happen at work he doesn't handle the situation like a manger is suppose to. The store is never stocked with things properly majority of his workers are stealing money. Here I have the photo of his woker Albert who got my number and text in me as well as harassing me.

Dunkin' Donuts service

I went to the store in Elgin, Illinois. The store at McLean and Big Timber Rd. There is an African Americam manager and I waited in the line he was waiting on . There were two lines . He waited on two people in front of me and when it was my turn, he refused to wait on me . He said I should go to the other line . There were two other people that came in behind me that had already been waited on . I was pushed to the back of the line . Instead of waiting, I just left . I don't like or apreaciate any of this racial discrimination going on in your stores . I can buy my donuts and coffee some place else . I'm not a racist and want nothing to do with any racial issues in your stores . I will never go back to that store .

Dunkin' Donuts employee

I need help reaching out to the owner or regional manager of the Dunkin' Donuts food chain. I love coming to the restaurant and I'm a big fan of coffee that I've even lucked out on dunkin rewards. Most recently, though, a horrible employee named Cindy, or sindy, was very aggressive and verbal to me. She laughed in my face about a coupon I had just won from a large ice coffee calling me a cheap stake and verbally abused me. I'm not sure if the manager was present because no one came to assist and this Cindy, or sindy, employee claimed she was the manager. I said I doubt you are the manager because this is not how you treat a customer. I was embarrassed and shamed. I hope to see this be resolved. I don't think I am the only one who has experienced this because there has been multiple complaints about this particular Dunkin' Donuts location, located on Halsted and 47th street Chicago Illinois, even on the reviews section. Dunkin' Donuts manager

I work at 5610 West sample rd in margate and the two Jamaican managers that work there are very nasty like really nasty, I seen the elderly manager drop a whole batch of sweet black pepper bacon on the dirty floor and still had the audacity to re-prep it like really and the jackets that's worn by the sandwich people are very dirty and stank and be touching customers food... My money was stolen out my property no cameras was run to see who's the thief but when I take a piece of marker note about eating on the clock when we don't even get breaks just to drink a glass of water down from the donut case I get suspended for a whole week and my hours got cut, like I really need corporate to fire Antoinette Gordon and Jody Coates because they are not fit to be anyone's manager.

Dunkin' Donuts your delivery trucks

To Whom it may concern:

I live at 87th & Mobile behind the strip mall on 87th & Narragansette. I am constantly being blocked by your delivery trucks. I am either unable to get in my parking or unable to leave my parking space. Your drivers will ignore the residents & just continue setting up to unload their product. I have lived here for 3 yrs & have had this problem to many times to count. There is plenty of room for them to pull & park closer to the wall so we the residents are able to get in & out but instead they park right in the middle to the alley blocking all traffic from getting thru. This is very unfair to all the residents who pay their property taxes. I have been told to go around & shut up & wait. When I explain they are blocking my parking spot I am told "well than you're just going to have to wait than. " I sat in my car behind the truck for 20 mins today while he unloaded with Milk, Ice cream & frozen products. I had to throw the ice cream away. He had not yet began to unload When I arrived so he could had easily move his truck forward 10-15 feet so I could park my vehicle. I am so tired of this, it is not fair. We the residents pay our property taxes just like everyone else. I am elderly & had to sit in my car in this hot & humid day for 20 mins for no reason. Again he could had moved his truck forward a few feet. Please do something to end this. I am attaching a couple of pictures. One of the truck blocking my parking & one to show all the space they have to park yet choose to park right along our parking spaces.

Dunkin' Donuts the people working there are so unprofessional and careless.

Went to Dunkin Donuts on Miller Rd in Schodack, NY this morning...what a joke. The people working there are rude and unprofessional. Busy chit chatting and laughing amongst themselves. It's like they couldn't care less that customers are waiting. Worse yet...I ordered double Almond milk and splenda in my coffee. AND I made sure to repeat my order...Well, they rang it up correctly (after 2 tries) but put regular milk and sugar in my coffee. I know this for sure because I spent most of the morning after drinking it in the bathroom sweating and fighting stomach cramps and diarrhea. I didn't really mind the sugar, but I can't taste the difference between almond milk and regular milk . If I could I wouldn't have drank it.

Your staff NEEDS more training. They can put someone in the hospital because of their carelessness.

Dunkin' Donuts dunkin donut iced coffee drink

I purchased 2 of these iced coffees. This was the first time I purchased your product . One drink was pretty good. My complaint is the second one was curdled which I had to throw out. I don't know if this happens a lot but I was rather disappointed. This was purchased at a mini mart.

Dunkin' Donuts Service and product

First- I called comments and concerns line 8/20/18- left message with number- No return call back.
Today 8/23- still no Call.
On 8/20 I went to store #350962 in Walterboro SC. Ordered a coffee (which was great) and pretzel bites. As I pulled out, I ate one..YUCK. They were so salty I couldn't stand it. So I pulled back around and asked to return them and just get a glazed donut. The girl was very pleasant and asked if I wanted 2 glazed. I said sure. She had a small box ready and out the window before I even got to her. Hit the highway, took a bite, STALE! These were the worst Dunkin Donuts I have EVER had.
So with two bad food items and then no call back from customer service...this store gets THUMBS DOWN.

Dunkin' Donuts tmo tuesday baskin-robbins promo card

Today TMo Tuesday again gives out $2 Baskin-Robbins promo card to their customers as usual. However, again I can't redeem all of the four codes from the App and was told that Card inactive. please contact cusmster care @ [protected]@dunkinbrands.com.

The same issues have repeated for many time. If it's a tech issue, should be solved already. Thus each time I felt cheated or fooled by Dunkin' Brands. I can't imagine Dunkin' Brands can do so each time for save them $2! Ashamed on Dunkin' Brands!

Dunkin' Donuts worst service by manager

So. I visited the Dunkin donut today and I had my son and a small yorkie. So, from the door I ask the girl on the counter that can I bring the dog along and she said yes. And while I was making a payment for my purchase, the manager comes n says rudely that you can't bring the dog here, and start to explain about the rule of board of framingham in a rude manner. The thing was I asked before entering. I apologized to him n said sorry. I tried to tell him it's actually not my dog and as I was about to explain (that I was just looking after him for a day and I didn't know the rules at framingham) he just stops me and rudely says "well it is ur dog so for next time don't bring it" .. I mean this guy is totally rude and not fit for the customer service as I myself work in customer service so I know how to treat people when they don't know about certain things..the location is 517 Worcester Rd. This is not the first time he behaved rudely..

Dunkin' Donuts pretzel bites

I purchased your pretzel bites at the Ridgefield, NJ this morning and they were covered in mold. I had already eaten two of the bited when I noticed that they were covered with mold. This is completely unacceptable and should be remedied immediately. There should be protocols in place to ensure that this doesn't happen again. This Dunkin has the worst crew members service. When the boy that this sandwich (Luciano) comes forward, wonder, the line move, otherwise I stand in line for more than 10 minutes. You as a lead should instruct your employees to stock the store. In the morning because was a mess. My score for this store is 2 and compared to Needham st my score is 9.
