Dunkin' Donuts national donut day

Yesterday was national Doughnut Day Krispy Kreme gave out free doughnuts however Dunkin Donuts Made You Buy a drink in order to get a free donut. So take that and chew on it because obviously your corporate is too cheap give out a free donut wonder who the good idea fairy was on that one. Krispy Kreme will get my business from now on and you can put sprinkles on that. You're welcome okay

Dunkin' Donuts hwy.20 west, mcdonough, georgia

Hi, I am usually not one to complain, but i have absolutely had it with your location on Hwy.20 west, McDonough, Georgia, and todays visit just topped it off, Every single time i have been there they have messed my order up ! I mean every single visit ! One time was they were out of every flavor i like, never got that credit back on my order to go account, next time was they were out of whipped cream, which isnt so bad, next time i waited 15 minutes, next time they just had no clue how to make a frozen coffee, and it was horrible, she even said she didnt know how, and today my daughter spent 15 minutes in drive thru, not exaggerating, just to get a iced coffee, which i hate, so another screw up, and another $5 down the drain ! I am going to delete this app, and start going to Starbucks . I have been in food and beverage business for 35 years, and i think you may need new management in this location, because they suck ! I have never had a problem with any other location around my area either, so i will take the estimated $25 i have wasted on this app, and eat it, but just thought you may want to know, they certainly not helping your company look very good ! Dunkin' Donuts bad customer service experience

I would like to formally file a complaint against one of your branches here in Dumaguete City, Philippines, in front of Lee Plaza. We are a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts and never have I experienced a rotten service from your other branches in Manila, except here! There are 5 of us who came to your store, plus another unexpected relative who dropped by to see us, and we were seated in a table near your counter, that could only accommodate 4 people, so we had to get two extra chairs so we can all seat together. Just when we were about to enjoy our food, the guard suddenly told us that we need to move to the table across us because according to him, we are in the way of the other customers falling in line to place thier orders! He even said na dahil marami kame we have to move to the next table, now I wouldn't have a problem about moving to another table, if the guard simply explained that moving chairs are not allowed as per the signs posted on the store walls, and that we will be more comfortable in the table where we need to transfer. But instead, he kept on telling us na nakaharang kase kame Kaya we had to move, and because I got pissed off at him telling us to move with his stupid reason, he called the manager, who approached us and said, "ma'am okay na po Pwede na po kayo lumipat sa table na to. Which translate, that she wanted us to transfer again to the original table that where we originally sat! If her intention was to pacify, well she did a very poor job doing it! Although humingi sya ng pasensya for what happened, she fueled my anger, by saying na bawal daw kase mag move ng mga chair as posted on the store walls, and akala daw nya kase binasa na namin! The manager herself is incompetent in giving us a proper explanation! Now tell me, where is your so called customer service in this situation? The guard even had the gall to approach me again just to tell me the same stupid explanation he already mentioned the first time he made us transfer!

In a world where you are competing with other large companies, one of the things that you would want to be known of aside from the product you sell, is the type of service you provide to each of your customers because that is how they would remember you, and that is how you can keep them as an avid customer. If an establishment knows how to give at the very least a good customer service, then Customers will appreciate it and will feel valued! And these are the very reasons why I am sending you this message because some of the personnel you have working in Dunkin Donuts in front of Lee Plaza have no idea how to deliver quality service base on how they've handled that situation! Looking forward to your speedy response to this concern.

Dunkin' Donuts horrible manager

I just got a job at dunkin about a week ago I was told I was gonna do training videos then go to the floor but instead I went straight to the floor NO TRAINING AT ALL then 3 or 4 days In I was working drive through and someone wanted to complain on another employee being rude and disrespectful so I got my manager she held up drive through for 20 minutes in the middle of rush hour then I started throwing up and she made me stay at work handling people's food while I had been throwing up then 2 days later before my shift at 6am I started throwing up again I texted her and told her hey I'm throwing up I'll come in if you'd like but handling food while I'm throwing up is kinda nasty she said bring a doctors not and get your shift covered this was at 5:45 In the morning I texted multiple
People but nobody replied it being 5:45am She then proceeded to fire me for not following call out procedures she was the rudest most childish manager I have EVERRR had

Dunkin' Donuts got sick from their blended drink

I bought a blended Mocka drink after 3 today and like after 5 my stomach started hurting me really badly lots of pain and was outside and unfortunately I had no control over my bowel movement. By the time I got home I had to dump my clothes in the garbage and it's after 10 and I am still in pain and running back and forth to the bathroom. Called the store after 9 and the manager left for the nigh but the store closes at 11, explained what happened but this guy with an accent kept insisting it wasn't their stuff because nobody else got sick but I had to tell him I did and I will be going to the doctor, only then did he apologize and said they would check it out. This is a Dunkin Donuts located in Livingston, NJ

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

I went today to a branch in Charlotte on albemarle rd. Every time I go to the drive thru on walk inside of this fast food place, these people are never wearing gloves and touching the food with bare hands, sneezing without covering the mouth nor nose. Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant through the drive thru along with a small strawberry colatta and a powdered donut. First, I get the collata with no straw. Then they tell me they are out of the powdered munchkins but they have the powdered donut. When they hand me my bag, it's not even anywhere close to what I ordered. I gave them the weird looking donut back and told them just to refund me back. When I left and opened the other bag for my croissant, it's bacon egg and cheese. I just turned around and went into the store and asked for that refunded as well. They are all middle easterns. They need to learn and understand English correctly so they'll stop messing up my order ALL THE TIME. Drove to another location, no problems at all. Got everything I asked for and a straw. This is ridiculous and waste of time. Will not ever go back to the albemarle rd location!

Dunkin' Donuts service

Hi, every time I visit this dunkin doughnuts it's around 6 -6:30 pm
Mind you this location closes at 8 pm.
It never fails that they tell me and everyone else the oven is Off.
If the shop closes at 8 pm why are they shutting off the oven so early.
This is terrible service because instead of closing at 8 they want to leave at 8pm.
Very disappointed! I am also worrying and calling corporate. This is the only location I've experienced this at.

So? They turn off the stuff at 6:00 p.m. and are still on the clock. Well, obviously the cameras are picking it up.

The manager should be the one to handle that, not you.

Go to the better location.

Dunkin' Donuts service crew

Hi team,

I just want to share what an aweful experience i had with one of your staff in dunkin donuts at SM centerpoint here in the philippines.
To start of i was accompanied by 3 of my friends. I ordered a ham&cheese crossaint and bacon crossaint.
When the food came i tasted it and noticed that both were bacon so i asked the staff if they could do something about it. I wasn't expecting for the meal to be replaced since i already took a bite on it, just requested to have cheese on it. So what the staff did was they took out the bacon and replaced it with ham, but still no cheese. When i went back to them to ask about the cheese, your staff member gave me the face. Looking at me from top to bottom as if judging me by my looks.
I felt dicriminated so i asked to speak with a manager but the manager seemed to just want to replace my meal.. I mentioned about the attitude of the staff member but i guess he just ignored the part that your staff member has some sort of discriminatory issues when it comes to seeing people in their home clothes. I wasn't really complaining about the food since it was good and all. But the attitude that your staff member showed me was really off the hook and really got me a little upset.
Just wanted to let you guys know so that you can take some action with your staff member. I know this is not a good way to represent your company.

Dunkin' Donuts employee did not wear gloves while I serving customer

I walked into the Dunkin Donuts that's on 87th and Hermitage and I noticed that your employees was working there was not wearing gloves why serving the customers I seen them touch spoons put their hand on top of cups of coffee when given to a customer also she stuck her hand inside of an ice cream container to scoop out ice cream for a customer without wearing any gloves one of the workers there did have on their head the other one did not hair was hanging down hair should be always pinned back with a net on it I let the young lady know that looks like a supervisor she said to me that she did not touch any food and when I was clearly looking at her when she stuck her hand inside of ice cream container gave me my spoon with no gloves on I tried to explain her the reason why she should have it on because she may get someone who comes in here and see that your guys like a health inspector or anyone she said okay and then continue on what she was doing she did not address the situation to the other employee dare and they did not put any clubs on they just continue on with their job this is something that should be taken serious and I really think you'd customer should be taught one food safety I told her that if you did not take it food safety class there is one online she said she already did she couldn't have because she will have gloves on when you're touching any items that contains you giving it to a customer if it a put it in a mouth or drinking off top of it or scooping up food handling food at all times store number 35090 8 time and date 5 /3/18 at 10:59

Dunkin' Donuts discontinued items

I have gone to dunkin donuts for 30 + years i always get the apple spice and lemon filled. went today and found out they have both been discontinued. very disappointed. These were my favorite ones. i hope you decide to bring them back. I was so looking forward to the new store opening in fairborn ohio. i would normally drive out of my way to get them. you have really disappointed me in this decision. will not be going to another location until those are brought back.

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behavior

I am a recent graduate of the ServeSafe Training class. I attended all the Dunkin' Donuts that is in my community recently. Of all of them, they all failed the guideline for food safety. No one of them were wearing gloves, when I asked gloves to be worn when fixing my order I got attitude. I can tell you this I am never visiting another Dunkin' Donut franchise or shop again. I tell the workers and management need more training on customer services in the food industry.

I recent graduate from the ServSafe Training, I visited 3 Dunkin' Donuts shop in my area, to my surprise what I saw was disgust. No employees were wearing gloves, air net or apron. When I requested they put one on before preparing my order all I got were attitude. I tell you this I would never visit another Dunkin'Donut shop again. I think these people need more training along with managers. I even saw a person empty the garbage with her long finger nails and dangling bracelets, bad attitude serving customers. I WAS SO DISGUSTED! That's how food contamination is created and people die from this unsafe practice.

Dunkin' Donuts cleanliness

I was in the drive- thru, ordered my coffee, paid for my coffee and as the worker at the window is handing me my coffee I see another worker, behind her in then kitchen, picking her nose. In her nose, just picking away and talking while she's doing it. I told the worker in the window that the other worker was picking her nose and she just shrugged in response.
After SEEING this I didn't want to drink my coffee or start a confrontation.
I will NEVER patronize this location again.

Dunkin' Donuts manager at d&d in hamden, ct 1399 dixwell ave, hamden ct

I'm very disappointed in the management staff and so called Team leads running your branches. I go in the Hamden Store and twice I have witnessed the abuse the Manger gives her staff. The manager Lizs is terrible. She talks to her staff like they are beneath her. How can anyone respect her!

I'm so mad! I hate watching her treat the staff like they are crap. She called one a b[censor] the other day. I can't understand how she even keeps a staff. I'm sure if you went in to this location they would all confirm her terrible treatment.

Last sat stopped by drive thru to get frozen iced coffee was asked what size drink I responded what size is medium and what size large silence then was told it was a med and large I responded what was the oz of med and oz large once again silence then employee said 7000 ml and they were laughing so when I got to window and paid I told the employee I did not appreciate being laughed at then got a have a good ndsy in smarty way
Your employees need a customer service seminar and maybe they should know the oz of your drinks. This is not the 1st time I've had poor service at this location few months ago I went thru drive thru ordered small coffee and I wanted a donut with the yellow filling I did not think to say barvian when I got my order I opened it to eat donut and it was filled with white icing which I do not like so I went back thru drive and one of the employee started to argue with me for at least 5 minutes stating that was what I ordered I stated I did not I wanted yellow creme finally one of the other employee gave me the correct donut the location of this dunkin donut was located on Chestnut Ridge road Morgantown wv

I talked to the director of operations of the bwi Dunkin' Donuts he have a I don't care personally when we as customers are paying for good product and they give us cold food cold coffee and bad service

This a video of the employee that I had a problem with she is so rude this how they act and don't know how to talk to customers but we going to start giving star bucks a lot more business in till we see real change

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

Went to drive thru to get frozen coffee. Asked what size I asked what was the oz of the med and large was told they are med and large once again I asked what is the oz of each after a few moments wax told by person on headset 7000 ml was they were laughing.
I was not very happy at being laughed at. Your employees need more training on customer service. This is not the 1st complaint I've had with this stors. Few months back I went thru drive thru for coffee and I told them I wanted donut with yellowing pudding inside after I pd and was leaving I took donut out to take bite it had the white icing inside which I do not like want back thru drive told them I got the wrong donut one of the employees started to argue with me saying that is what I ordered
I did not I did not know at the time it was called barvian creme but I did say yellow pudding they continued to argue with me I finally got the correct donut by one of the other employee . I did not complain about this but now twice same store there is a problem.
The employees should know the ounces of the drinks they are selling and more training on customer service

I bought 20 gift cards for $5 each and have mailed out to clients. I have about 4 clients who have already called me that there is no money on the cards. I stopped at the dunkin donut and they said there is nothing they can do because I have a receipt that shows the cards have been activated. The lady said, how are we to know that the client just did not pick up a card from the counter? Oh my! I told her, I have 2 cards that I have not mailed out, so are you saying I did the same thing? I don't know how to get this fixed? Any ideas who to contact. Store # 346332

I use to go to the main Dunkin' Donuts out side security in bwi every night these new people are so rude they act like they don't want to be there and take it out on us we now ether come with our coffee or wait till star bucks open and that ridiculous when that Dunkin' Donuts use to be our favorite spot when we work at night asked for a manager and they said we have no manager

I love my latte's but add in Bayonne nj has a rude server whom when asked for a latte, said I am getting a macchiato instead, I told her I did not want the macchiato and told her I never have a problem in any of the other dd in Bayonne. She said oh well I am not doing it like them she was doing it her way😡 I spent nine dollars for macchiatos that I did not want😡 and had to accept macchiatos cause she was never going to do what the customer wanted but what she felt like giving me😡 rude rude rude if she does not like her job she should not be there. Never going in that dd ever again😡

Dunkin' Donuts coffee

When I tried to order a coffee the lady there had tried telling me that I can't order it there in the size when I clearly order it at ever other Dunkin donuts I go to. Every time I go to this Dunkin' Donuts I have s problem with anything I try to order. I have never had any problems with Dunkin' Donuts until I started going here. There's always someone that works there having a bad attitude or is ignorant or snotty. She had a very bad attitude and was very ignorant about it.
