He is cheating to ur finances company's
He was make 7000aed fake salary certificate and do forgery signature as a same to my owner signature, and he did applied and got lone to your company 50000 aed.befoe 8 months back
I'm seriously asking you sir without verification how has your company sanction lone to him we needed clarification and action on him immediately if u not action I will compliant in police station.

I called to activate my credit card but as I am in prepaid, my load was utilized. I called the center again using my landline and they said they will call back. They called but I missed it, like 1 minute only. I immediately call again using my landline to hv my card activated. Mr Aref responded that they will call me if there will be available agent. I ask when but he only replied "when theres available agent". I was disappointed as i was trying to eagerly activate my card as i need to use it. They called after 20 mins. My telephone pin was activated when intried to input my credit card pin there was a technical error.

Hi as of now im faving a problem with dunia also...i receive a call from the philippines telling that they will go to my home address and tell everything to my family..they want me to pay atleast 2000aed this so they will not file the case and issue some travel ban in the philippines...would it be possible to bring the case in the philippines?cause im waiting this dunia finance to file some case for me here then i will pay the fine...cause for my other friend they did like that and case is closed...please help me with this matter...thanks

Please be informed, one of your sales agents Mr. Amit has visited my office, and spoke to me about your CASH BACK card which i was requesting for only Govt Transactions.
I was clear on my conditions - the card should pay out 2% Cash back on all GOVT spends and i am willing to take up the card...
First of all i ask for brochures, he wasnt carrying any.
He kept assuring me YES THE CARD WILL PAY OUT on GOVT spends. It pays out on All Expenses made on the card….
I said alright i will go ahead with the application, He refused to leave my office until i gave him documents.. this was handed over to him and he still ends up calling me at 8PM the very same day saying I have certain more documents to be collected.
I said I dont have issues with submitting all required documents, but i repeatedly asked him to first get a confirmation from his management that Cash Back on Govt Spends will be covered. This was certainly ignored.
Very next day Mr. Amit promptly visited my office for collection of remaining documents while reassuring me GOVT SPENDS will be covered for cash back on this card.. Please give me remaining documents.
The next day, i got a call from Mr. Sachin, his Associate / Colleague /Team Leader, saying GOVT Spends will not be covered on this card... I clearly confirmed to him I dont need the card.. Please return all the original documents as provided to Amit, and I have signed on several documents as requested by him... this should not remain with the bank.. I dont need the card.. please return it back.
Mr. Sachin confirmed he will return the documents asap.
Today is the 3rd day and i have no news from Mr. Amit, so i called him myself and requested him to send me a text by Email or Whatsapp confirming that he will return the documents. His tone changed and said I will not confirm to you.. i will only bring the original documents back to you, thats it.
First of all staff like this need training for KYC and Behavioral Handling.
Secondly They definitely need more training on Know your Product. This staff certainly dint know his product and conveniently assured me about the cash back on GOVT SPENDS...
on what basis did he waste my time with misinformation and he might end up RE-ASSURING All other customers that dont worry this product will cater to all your requirements.. please apply for the card right now..
I Have been a banker myself for over 10 years... and i was very clear on my terms of acceptance. To make my incentives, i had never mislead my customer into giving me business. This is truely unacceptable. Please have me called urgently and original documents returned to me at the earliest. I am receiving calls again and again from the Verification Team… while this is a completely unnecessary activity.
The Verification Team really needs to stop calling me.. because it is disturbing.

I am very sad to inform u that employee by name adil khan from ur sharja branch is making money by doing mobile recharge of du n he is telling he will grant 25000 aed of loan same thing happned to me I didnt get ur loan but when I had paid 500 first then he said I v to pay 3000 through a mobile recharge m very sorry to tell u that that person is just taking the money from our side when I asked for cancellation he is asking 1000 more through du recharge is there any procedure in ur company they are taking your company name and they have made me to that I have the mobile no n name of the employee he is telling his name is adil khan and the mobile no which is telling is +[protected] I inform u to take strict action kindly return my 3500 money back I want u people to call this person to ask y is he doing like this

I paid yesterday (in dubai media city branch) all my remaining balance in my credit card worth 6, 513dhs. And i told them i want to close my account. Then the indian lady told me to call the customer service and check first my status if they confirm that i dont have any credits left they will close my account. My point is whats the use of your system if im going to pay already and they will tell me that wait for the finance department to call and confirm. WHY IS THAT? And they will tell me that day is running so what now? Even if i paid, your making me feel like i still owe you! You're not being helpful, reasonable, and acceptable! I want to close my account RIGHT NOW! ONLY TODAY! Because i dont want to hear that time is running. If you will not do something about it and settle everything today i will file a complaint.

With respect I am very upset and disagree about yours services and charges related with my credit card number is [protected] titanum master card it's wrong charges I am not apply or not sgin any credit shield and not confirm any one for credit shield I got charges also I paid amount on due date receipt attached confirm with help line person.
I got charges it's wrong over limit charges it's also wrong so please rectify bill and confirm to me

i requested for a change of date for my loan for almost 6 months and finally, got an email for approval with charges up to 750 aed just to change a date . now this are the reason people refuse to keep thier end of the deal when they take a loan this is a very high charges just to change a date to to my company policy to pay my salary on 7th .

This has cost me alot as my credit core has been really damaged with this, i always make payment but it shows multiple check bounce, since your agent always multiple deposit checks in my account even when i call to tell them i dont have cash in the account .

I am thinking of closing my account this week because of this if its not sorted out, i cant pay this much charges . i want to pay my debt but not being cheated in the process

Loan 25000
CC 25000
Loan remaining month is 29 months
Credit card I'm only paying interest I asked to convert my CC to emi or loan but they are not helping, Dunia is only providing me to merge loan and CC where I'm ending up paying 100000
Please help me to convert only CC into emi and their interest rate is 39% I'm really struggling

I have been sending lots of messages and emails to dunia finance regarding my payment date on the credit card. However they continue to charge me extra for late payments on it. My salary date is the 28th not the 22nd of each month.

I have been informed by my bank that the information submitted to the credit department in abu dhabi by dunia is also false as they charge me more then the actual amount submitted.
I will not recommend anyone to them and feel they are not out to help anyone as they dont even bother to call their clients

Our colleague took a loan from dunia, and they are calling everyday to the company mobile asking for her. We tried to explain to call to her mobile number, but they don't understand nothing! She went there to ask to call only her phone. But...
Please stop. And if you are asking no to call, this guy ismail saying he don't care, he will call as much as he want, even in interval of 5 minutes.

I have a complain regarding my dunia acct. I didnt pay for how kany months last 2016 and then I continue paying again last year up to now, but still they already filed a case for me and I pay 13k fine and 2 weeks in jail bcoz of having a hard time raising that amount. They put 100k to my blank check.. Now that they deposited my check and filed case against me they are still collecting from me every month bcoz its auto direct debit in my adcb account and I have to request to dunia to stop it but I know they wont so I have to find a way to stop the direct debit. Should I continue paying them or if I will stop they will file a case against me again and what about the civil case, will they file me after that criminal case I had automatically or they will do it if I will stop paying now?

Hello all please can any body help me out of the situation from dunia. Actually I took the loan from dunia 2 years ago amount of 25k with cc limit of 2500 aed. I pay my instalments for 18 month continuously for loan. And for one year for cc. Now from last 6 months I am not able to pay my instalments because I lost my job. Now I have new job but I don't want to pay them. They already file a police case in al qusais police station. I need to change my visa but because of police case I couldn't process. Please tell me if I go to police they will send me to jail or take my passport they will release me. And how can I get rid of this all.

Dear Dunia,

Following up Complaint # 9463120, please update my record in Al Etihad Credit Bureau.
Based on the credit report that I got from the bureau dated 24-04-2018, it is showing that I still have 2 credit cards/loan from Dunia.

Please do the needful update with them.

I do not have Loans or Credit Cards under Dunia. Now when I requested a Credit Report, Dunia came out and shows that I have a 20, 000AED Personal Loan Since October of 2017. How did this happen? Because of this I can not apply for a top Loan to other bank. Please update the report and remove from my Credit Report. Base on the report, it was never active but how come it was included in the report.

I applied for a small loan in 2011 from dunia finance.. Instead of bank transfer they provided a credit card and I have been asked to withdraw loan amount from that credit card.
Time by time I was paying monthly installments and they were increasing card limit.. Without any approval from myside.
Meanwhile I got an offer of loan top up which was attractive but with the same interest rate of 39.99%, I was in bad financial need so I had to accept that.
Also I was using ther credit card and paying monthly minimum dues regularly..
And they were increasing credit limit even by monthly basis.
Time by time limit reached upto 70k aed, plus the loan amount I was paying regularly.
My salary was total arround 7000 aed.. With cash allowances so I was paying the installments, and was using credit card regularly.
In 2015, due to an accident of my sister in law, I had to travel to usa and used dunia finance credit card, upon returing to uae I requested them to convert the credit card into loan so I can pay easily.. Also my salary was reduced because of my company bad business situation. And reduced to 5000 only.
Inestead of converting the credit card used amount into loan, they called me and offered new loan and said thay all your loan will be converted into new loan. Otherwise you have to pay more than 5000 for credit card min due and the loan insallment.
I got scared and I accepted the offer, and thought at that time I will get loan from other bank and will pay back their loan.
I accepted this offer and they again imposed 39.99% for the new loan. Which was huge shock for me and I had no option as I had accepted the offer.. But since that time my life ruined I can not get any loan from any other bank due to higher liablity my salary was reduced to 5000 and I was paying 3500 out of 5000.
I am in huge pressure my health is not so good because of it.
I am tired by paying such huge interest. Any solution?>

Is there any solution to settlement with dunia, I need to pay off there loan but they added some dunia quick cash and some insurance amount with my loan installment ones I ask them to change that they are asking 500 dirhams to change that. can any one tell me how to close or settlement with dunia. Still the day I didn't make any pending for payment but currently I am going through problems so I ask them to do something. but they are not even bother to consider. Please let me know is there any solution.
