I ordered an Apple earpod cost 13 BD. Initially I received the product but it's very bad quality and I doubted I asked them to replace. But they send me back the same product. Then I verified with Apple website that product send by Dukakeen is duplicate.
Dukakeen lost its reputation. It cheating it's customer's hard earned money. If any company doing business without moral and honest I am sure they will disappear from business community.
When delivering electronics product you must put serial number of product on the bill. But you didn't put serial number on your delivery invoice. It's clearly indicates, this is a well planned cheating. I verified the product serial number in Apple website. It showed the product is not found. What does it means?
Dukakeen don’t see any fake products in its platform. The EarPods mentioned about is supplied by a very reputed supplier of apple EarPods in Bahrain itself. We have cross checked with the supplier following the issue and they have confirmed that the item is original.
