SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Incorrect Declaration

To date I have not received any response regarding the incorrect declaration of my parcel. I find it disgusting that you are able to declare a parcel incorrectly knowing that the receiver is responsible for the vat and duties applicable by customs. I have now been penalised for your incorrect declaration of goods. This is a disgrace! I will make sure to tell as many people about the bad service I have gotten and the fact that you declare your goods incorrectly and expect your customer to take on the penalties and blame for the incorrect declaration.
I will personally not recommend your services to anyone and I will definitely not purchase from you in future. You have made it extremely difficult for me to get my parcel and now I have to pay for your mistake.
I’m so disgusted.
