DubaiFirst.com / credit card charges; staff are rude lying and protecting themselves with old fashioned bank policy
I had the misfortune to get in touch with definitely the worst customer care services i have ever dealt with.
My name is Ali and have just ended along useless phone call to ask why im still being charged for credit card insurance while i requested to cancel the same more than 2 month ago.
the employee replied that as per her record i requested to cancel the insurance and there was a note saying that client would like to continue paying.
you don't have to be a genius to realize that there is something wrong with these people. yes any one wants to sell but not this way.
so i politely asked for something written like email to prove that in this specific date i requested to cancel to avoid having the same old story
BUT THE ANSWER WAS NO
more over the girls on the phone insisted that to have this charge cancelled i must pickup their call when ever they decide to call me which will be in 3 working days. and with out this verification the charge will not be canceled. i told them i have done the same before can we have this verification by email then and the answer was NO AGAIN.
I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED NOT FEELING SAFE OR SECURED WITH DUBAI FIRST
