Dub Richardson sold me a used car that gave me a check engine light the first day I had it. I took it back to them and they gave me a loaner vehicle while they worked on the car. When they returned my car to me, I had it two days before the check engine light returned. I took the car back to them and got a loaner car while they worked on the car again. When I got the car back this time, it lasted a week before it gave me the check engine light. They gave me a loaner car and kept my car for over a week. When they returned the car this time, it lasted one day before it threw a rod through the side of the engine block. They towed the car to the dealership and gave me a loaner car. They kept the car for more than a month before the owner of the dealership calls me on the phone and tells me he is reporting his loaner car stolen. He continues by telling me that he has not fixed my car and doesn't intend to fix my car. I asked him if he would please wait until five o'clock that afternoon so I could finish work and return the loaner car. I also asked if he would please stay and speak to me about this problem. he stated that he would be there at five o'clock waiting for me. I arrived at the dealership at 4:15 p.m. and the owner was not there and did not return to speak to me. I left the loaner car at the dealership and have yet to hear from the owner two days later.

I bought a 05 Mercedes Benz S500 and an extended warranty with easy care Gold and issued a check for $425.90 as a down payment for the said warranty in the Richardson Suzuki, they cashed my check and I just found out that my warranty has been rejected and that the down payment I made been cashed and Richardson Suzuki never notified me about the warranty rejection. I tried to call them but no answer and went to the dealership it's seems its closed.
