Worst service every from du. I was facing issues from 15th march with my social package for blackberry and on 31st march I decided to deactivate it and activate it again but the worst was yet to come where the service got deactivated but never got activated accept that I loose my credit every day with out the service on my phone.
Complained was been raised on 31st march and I was asked to visit a store to check my device and sim but everything is fine except the technical error with their systems.
No call back received.. I follow up everyday and get lie promises to receive a call back with in 24 hours..
Shame on such a service who just work on taking away money. Shame on du.. The worst service ever..
Been 8 days today.. And still waiting for their one call???
