DTLA Dermatology / They didn't accept the health insurance and doctor prescribed useless creams
When I called to DTLA Dermatology and asked if they accepted health insurances. The lady said that they did. I made the appointment and two days later came to their office. When I arrived, the lady said that they wouldn’t accept my health insurance and I would need to pay full sum for the visit. The doctor prescribed me two creams, which basically didn’t work. But he didn’t respond to my phone calls, because the lady receptionist said that he was too busy.
