Sage bills itself as a "high speed" dial - up, which seems like deceptive advertising. Right now, its "accelerator" is running at 1. 84. The accelerator keeps going on and off.

Sage will rarely load hotmail correctly, and takes forever to load the ads on the message page. Until it does, messages can't open. I've been waiting for two and a half hours today. The connection is lost, then comes back on all the time. Can't get to their "support website" half the time. Other website take forever to load.

The phone service isn't much better. There are numbers on our "free" long distance bill all the time that we didn't call, but someone did. Reported to company, which said, it's ok. The calls are free. Reported to the fcc and homeland security that someone is making calls on our number. Waiting to hear.

Took two months to locate someone at home office to complain to by letter. First letter came back. Very poor customer service.
