We have tried contacting and calling customer support to cancel our subscription and refund the money for half the bill with no luck.

It has been a real struggle trying to resolve this matter. The product is hard to use and navigate and is extremely overpriced.

    I have attempted to close my account. This has been a horrible experience. The account was set up with a business e-mail account. I no longer work with the company. Dropbox was kind enough to charge my credit card. Attempted to contact by telephone, waited 45 minutes and they were unable to help. All they wanted to do is sell me additional services. I had to send an e-mail to support. I have no confidence that this is going to be solved without additional frustration
