I droped off my clothes at a local dry cleaners, thinking I will put money back into my community. They gave me a ticket and said they would be ready Wednesday. I go to pick up on Thursday and my dress was " not cleaned yet". They gave me another slip to pick up after 530pm on 2/5/09. I am a busy business mom. I go back today 2/10/09 and the lady tells my husband "it's not ready". My husband say's thats crazy it's now been over a week! Suddenly she calls "the owner" ( her husband) and he explained that the dress was damaged, and he would be there in 10min to negociate to repay for the dress. I wait over 20 min. I re enter the store, asked "where he was that I am still waiting" and the new lady says " I cannot control traffic" ( with a horrible snipy attitude" Like I did something wrong!! He finally gets there. I explain how upset I am that not only my dress is ruined and they were trying to "buy time" by telling me it was not cleaned the first time. But also NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME!! They had my number, no call to say "we are having a problem" They just waited until I showed up to tell me " it's not ready" then "it's ruined" for the wife behind the counter to say " I don't know anythingabout it" and the other blonde witch to tell me " she doe not control traffic"!!! To top it off the "only thing he can do was a store credit!!! Sorry Indian guy, you are not going to ruin my other suits and dresses and I will take my money back to Americans!!! We at least can apoligize and take responsibility. Stick to your gas stations you said you run!!! Horrible customer service, NO professionalism, and complete lack of respect of other peoples items!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I agree, I took 2 silk shirts to them and they ruined them. It was a total of 150$ for both shirts. The Indian guy stated he will give me a 50$ credit to use in the store. He is out of his turban head if he thinks I will use this company again.
