Worst customer service ever, completely BS artist. Lied to me repeatedly through the process. Then told me if I refused the deliver, my credit card on file would be charged for the fee to ship it back, so I accepted it, and still had to pay to return it! When I called them on the face that they told me not to refuse it or I would have to be charged, they completely tried to back track and say we only said you may be charged... I have the emails. That's clearly not what they said and implied. So I ended up having to buy 2 orders of the same thing as a Christmas gift, the 2nd because they told me the 1st one already shipped and wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but when I checked the shipping info on Fedex, they picked them up at the exact same time. The 2nd order never arrived, and they say they are investigating and basically and told me I have to wait at least 7 days before the determine if I get a refund, and the 1st order that arrived late, I'm having to pay to return, then I'm told it'll be 2 weeks before I receive a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LIE AND BS YOU. PLEASE, BE SMART, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
