Bought a car from there. One week after I took it home it stop in the middle of the street. I took it back they said I had to take it over off 45 south. Hell no. But like a dumb # I kept the and I only owe 500 on the down payment. I called them and told them a belt keep making a noise and the brakes are bad. They not trying to hear the problems on the car. And now a jesse garcia keep calling me and all my references. When they say they going to fix the problems and I dont have to drive 50 miles and waste gas well then they can have the rest of the money. Dont buy a car from them run run run as fast as you can

I have purchased three cars from Drive With Pride and they have always been helpful. I feel its such that you cannot make every one happy and sometimes people dont understand their own fault completing process.

In case of any issues as well if you escalate the issues, their higher management is quite co-operative. Many of the reviews I feel also would be my jealous competitors as auto industry is extremley fierce.

Anyways, Good dealer to work with dont worry. My whole family and friends prefers them since past 7 years.

I had a friend to run the vin numbers on several of their cars. We ran about 10. ALL 10 HAD BEEN IN SOME SORT OF A COLLISION. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE. Great looking cars, with low miles, low price... damaged! RUN!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from DRIVE WITH PRIDE and 2 weeks later got a call saying the bank didn't approve my loan and I needed to come in with $3500 additional or choose a different car in order for my loan to be approved. I asked why I was able to sign loan documents and take the car if the loan wasn't approved and the explanation I was given is the manager gave an approval based on what he THOUGHT the bank would approve. He even added an APR to the loan documents. Josh which I guess is the GM would have different people call me TELLING me to come into the dealership to sign a new loan and give more money. Not until I threatened to call the police and my attorney did he start calling me on his own. After several phone conversations with them we've solved nothing and at this point I have contacted the BBB and will also contact my lawyer. These people are unethical. I held up to my end of the bargain and gave my money and now they want to play games.. Save yourself the trouble find a different dealership.

Worlds worst Customer Service

I purchased a black 2008 Cadillac Escalade EXT on 4/14/2014 and it had a problem with the folding mirrors which you guys agreed to fix. The salesman Lamar Armstrong needed me to bring some remaining paperwork to finalize the deal, so I came back on 4/15/2014 with it. I asked when can I get my mirrors fixed and he said to come in one day when I get a chance and service will take care of it. So I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. You guys gave me a (we owe you) receipt stating you would fix the problem, so on 5/13/2014 I returned to the dealership to pick-up my tags and plates I put in a work order, which consisted of me giving Lamar a copy of the (we owe you) paperwork which says it has to be before 30 days. I got my plates and no mirrors repaired. On 6/10/2014 I text Lamar and told him I was coming in 6/12/2014 to get my mirrors fixed and if does not respond to my text, that meant Thursday the 13th was a good day. He replied immediately saying bring it Thursday knowing full well he would not be there. I get there Thursday and Milo Harris says Lamar had to leave and he would help me. He when to service and they did not know anything about mirrors for a 2008 Escalade. So he gathered all the information needed like, checking the mirrors to describe the problem, making copies of the (we owe you) again and putting it all together for Lamar to sign off on so it can get fixed. I text Lamar as I waiting to tell him, no reply. On 6/30/2014 I am mad as hell and I text him again to see what is going on with the mirror issue and also to let him know it maybe time for some legal action to get the job done. He quickly responded, (I turn the work order in, call you back after I go to service). He never called me back, so today I am finally responding to you to let you know the customer service from A to Z was and is poor! poor! poor! when it comes to in house communications. You guys have been contacting me by phone and emails since I have purchased from you and I have spoken with you and Mrs. Hill at least once, told Mr. Harris the same thing I am telling you and also emailed return notifications once. Now you seen me another email with the incorrect cell number. Text Lamar today, no responds. The sales manager Tito is the worlds worse. Go figure! Civil action is the only recourse.

Thanks for Nothing,

#Poor Customer Service

I leased a car from Drive with pride and they railroaded me into a deal with a car that had the check engine light on, promised me they would fix it but did not. The also lied and told me that they do not do monthly payment which i found out was not true because I had a friend go in and ask. I spoke the supervisor and he is jus as unprofessional as the salesman.I told him that my attorney said the contract is not valid because they did not do their part and his responce was " You can leave now since u want to bring a your attorney" with the most evil face i have ever seen. This means this is not the first time they had unsatified customers. Do not do business with them people, they are CRIMINALS.

I bought a BMW X5 from them in March. Didn't realize the car's inspection sticker was out since January 2014. Car started driving weird took it to the BMW dealership they ended doing a oil change and alignment spent $400 and found it it also needed a tune up and new tires almost $1000 later turned out to be something else. I called the dealership spoke with a very rude manager who stated they would not take responsibility for the vehicle even though I hadn't even paid my 1st car note. I requested they fax me a inspection report til this day I haven't received anything. I want to set the record straight I loved the vehicle when I saw it. The salesman Alejandro was wonderful but when you pay $7000 down for a luxury vehicle whether or not this is a large dealership or not is irrelevant. I am a business woman with some credit issues but why should I be discriminated against because of my credit. Does that mean I deserve less then the next one that walks in. At this point all I can do is save my credit and hope that someone does not make the same mistake I did. Signed Teena Gomez

What can I say about Drive with Pride? I would like to share my two cents. THANK GOD! we did not buy a car from this dealership, for I am just now reading all these reviews. On Sept. 19th 2013 I saw a very nice car, a little over the budget we had in mind. However, my husband told me if it’s nice, you like it and we are allowed to take it to our mechanic for inspection why not?

Let the nightmare begin:
Thur 09/19 5:30 p.m.: I sent an e-mail asking availability of the car and applied for credit “since it wasn’t the price range we were looking at”.
Thur 09/19 5:32 p.m.: I get a call from Phyllis saying “I see you are interested in one of our cars when can we make an appointment for you to come see it?” I told her “well, it’s not the price range we are looking at so I applied for credit and would need to know if it is approved first before driving all the way there”. She said “let me get with our finance department and I’ll call you back”
Thur 09/19 5:39 p.m.: I get another call from Phyllis with the exact same speech as 5:32, I told her “you already called me, you were suppose to check with your finance department and call me back”. She apologized then said “I’ll call you right back”
Thur 09/19 5:59 p.m.: I get another call from Phyllis “Yes, the car is here when can we make an appointment for you to come see it?” I asked one more time about the application because we do not live close and didn’t want to drive all the way there. She told me “Oh yes, I reviewed it with my manager and he said no problem come on down. I told her, we were going to open house and we could go after that to see the car.
Thur 09/19 7:30 p.m.: Three tolls later and a long drive, we get to the dealership. I ask for Phyllis and look around the lot for the car I saw online. Here comes Phyllis, shakes my hand. I ask for the car and she says “give me a second” and walks back inside, then she sends out a sales rep. “Who let the dogs out? Woof, woof, woof, woof”. I’m explaining to him the car we saw online and out comes Phyllis again and lets him know “THE CAR IS NOT THERE”. The story told “someone just took the car overnight to test drive it and decide if they want to purchase it but more likely they will buy it because they gave $ 8, 000.00 deposit on the car.” So this sales guy, starts walking us around the dealership looking for my convertible/manual transmission car that I have been wanting forever. “Well” he says “I have this convertible” I ask “is it manual transmission” he says “no” (thinking well that’s not what I'm looking for). Then he says “we have this one and it’s manual transmission“ I look at the car and sarcastically with a smile say “yeah but it’s not a convertible”. We make it in to the office and he starts searching in the computer (it’s running slow) after a while he says “if you want, you can leave me $250.00 and I will find you whatever car you are looking for”. LMAO at this point, I look at my husband and told him OH HELL NO with my eyes. Since we didn’t budge guess what, we made it into Josh’s office, very nice man, soft spoken. He also attempted to look for a vehicle for me but couldn’t meet my criteria’s, so he asked “do you happen to know the VIN of the car you looked at online?” I looked at in my saved internet tabs on my iPad and gave him the VIN. He said “I have good news for you, that car is not sold, yes it was taken but the buyer will not qualify for the loan so we cannot sell it to them and they didn’t leave $ 8000.00 deposit on it either”. I asked him about my credit application and he said “we would have to pull your credit report”. I’m like “ah, Phyllis said you already looked at my credit report and said yes to financing so I just wanted to see what you had in mind in regards to interest rate”. He calls Phyllis in his office and she pretends like they already pulled my credit but can’t come up with the report. So all this ### about “Oh yes, I reviewed it with my manager” was a lie like the $ 8000.00 deposit on the car. Josh ended up pulling my credit report and after a brief discussion he said he could work with us. He also attempted to get us to leave a down payment and assured us that if we didn’t want the car we would get the money back. I told him “We’ll pass; this is a toy car we are looking for so we are in no big rush. If we get it we get it, if not oh well”. WE FINALLY GO HOME, it was late by this time.

Fri 9/20: Phyllis attempt to call me 5 times back to back while I’m at work so I don’t answer the calls, then I get a text message.
Fri 9/20 11:06 a.m. text: please reply yes to opt in to receive messages from drive with pride REPLY: yes
Fri 9/20 11:26 a.m. text: The car is coming back today! I need to finish your application please call Phyllis. REPLY: your website now says it’s SOLD.
Fri 9/20 11:37 a.m. text: The car is not sold. The man could not get financed. Josh said the car is yours please call Phyllis. REPLY: Ok I’ll tell my husband to see what time we can go see it tonight. I also let her know I don’t take calls at work and don’t be calling me, text works best for me.
Fri 9/20 12:04 p.m. text: I don’t understand your question, I need your SS#, DOB, Work, how long there and your income per month and how long have you lived at home. I didn’t reply “I’m thinking to myself, I haven’t even looked at the car how can I be filling out an application for it?”. I ended up not going that night “but I did call” because I got real sick by that evening so I said I’ll go on Saturday.

Sat 9/21 1:54 p.m. text: Reminder, we have an appointment today. REPLY @ 4:33 p.m.: Heading your way, will the car be there for us to see/test drive it?
Sat 9/21 6:00 p.m.: Call from Phyllis, “I’m sorry; I thought you understood the car would not be here until Monday”. I’m like “really your text yesterday said the car is coming back today (as in today "Friday").” Phyllis “I thought you were just coming in to finish your application” I said “I’m not applying for a car I have not seen yet” Phyllis “Ok, understandable then Monday it is”.

When I hung up, my husband said "that is it we are not buying a car there", I was disappointed I really like the car in the pictures. Oh but the story does not finish here, keep reading if you dare.

Mon 9/23 3:05 p.m. text: The car is here. Are you coming in tonight @ 7:00 REPLY: Are you 100% sure the car is there and is it the same car we were interested in looking at?
Mon 9/23 4:02 p.m. text: Go ahead purchase car elsewhere. The man came up with more money, so the car is not available. NEEDLESS to say I did not reply anymore.

Hubby bought me a 2013 turbo fully loaded beetle, convertible, manual transmission and color red just what I wanted. (yes I'm spoiled :-p) not really it was a birthday present.

Got the pleasure of letting Phyllis know that too when she called me back today 9/26: Are you still looking for a car?

I mean REALLY? Who in their right mind would do business with them after all the lies and deceitfulness? My husband commitment to a new car payment MUST be a blessing in disguise. I am so glad we are not a statistic on this web page. I encourage everyone that did do business with them to report them to the BBB if you have problems with them after your purchase. They are rated B at this time so if they want to keep that rating they will help you with your issue. Think ten times before signing that paper.

Drive with pride is your typical shady little side car dealership, they make empty promisesand sell ### cars...stay away from them. Josh is an ###, Pat is manipulative and the entire dealership feeds off of the low middle class people that have bad credit.

I have not bought a car from "Drive With Pride" but can rest assure that majority of you who have complaints or negative remarks about the company did not do your own research. I can tell because most of you can not spell more the less type a complete sentence and make some sense that is known to man to understand. I have dealt with companies such as this one in the past. You get what you pay for and I strongly feel as though, you can't expect too much from a company that isn't a major car dealership so why would you assume that you would be getting grade A dealership service. To me it's like wanting "5 star" hotel service from a Motel 6. Please, before you place your concerns on the web be sure to have done your homework and also (lol) have all of your down payment because in the end you look just like a fool.

Please please please! Do not buy a car from drive with pride all the cars have really nice bodies but they are a piece of crap! I bought a BMW 745 from Drive with pride and it has been a nightmare! I have had to have major repairs! I had the oil pan replaced, I had $5, 000 worth of oil leaks fixed, I had a radiator cap replaced, I had the water pump replaced, I had the thermostat replaced, I had the head gaskets and air valves replaced, I have replaced the battery, I have had the O rings replaced, spark plugs, cylinder head, vacuum pump, feed pipes were also replaced all of this with in a year! I have all receipts to prove it and I stand by saying DRIVE WITH PRIDE sells junk cars with nice names and body styles! I will also inform everybody that Drive with pride use a google content manger meaning that most negative comments will be deleted notice that they have 5 out of 5 stars on google. We Helped Mr. customer because he didn't have all the required down payment at the time we in-housed him the vehicle .He promised to come up with the down payment balance 2 weeks later .Unfortunately 3 month later and after he put 4960 more miles on the car, he stated that he is not going to pay because of his brakes .Nevertheless we are willing to service the brakes, even though it is a ware and tear issue not covered in the agreement, but we are expecting him to hold his financial responsibility too .Please call our office and talk to any manager, and we would be glad to take care of it .

Drive With Pride is absolutely unprofessional, rude and unorganized. It has been 4 months and we are still riding around on paper tags for our vehicles. Accounting and managers stated they were taking care of it but everytime I call Texas Department of Public Safety...they state they have never been contacted nor is there a current status on the titles to the vehicle. I have already taken the liberty to file a claim against drive with pride and will continue to go up there and clown if necessary behind my car and my money! WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT I PROMISE YOU DON'T WANT IF I DON'T GET THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!
