Never have I ever dealt with a company where not only the representatives are rude and impatient, But so are the supervisors and management. I called about my account to find out why I was showing to be 42 days past due all of a sudden. I was told togo on line and look it up for myself and then to call them back. In the meantime, another rep called me with the same rude attitude and I told her that there should be notes on my acct where I had called not even 5 minutes before and she told me there were no notes and I said that there should be and she told me that what I SHOULD do is pay my bill. Asked to speak with Supervisor and was hung up on. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who wants to tell me the same thing the Rep told me and I told her that I had my pay history in front of me and not seeing where I missed a paymnt. She went all the way back to Feb of 2006, where she said I made a partial payment. I told her that I never made a partial payment on my account. and that the history wont even go back that far. She got loud and rude and hung up also. I called back and talked with a Manager and he was no different. Theses people are evidently trained to have no customer service skills and to treat everyone of the their customers the same no matter what the situation. Please include me in any lawsuit there may be made against this company. There is no way after 2 years you now wanna come back and tell me about a partial pymnt that makes me 42 days past due. My credit history better not reflect this. I will definitely be checking.
