Drive Dynamics/ ukankancan't book lessons

My director paid for an intensive driving course for one of our employees on the 30.10.14 paid in full, We waited to hear from the instructor only to be told he cant do the lessons when we wanted full stoop!!. We have been back and forward trying to get this resolved however the customer service team and its booking team do not get back to me. Surely this is covered under the goods and services act???

All I want is the money back as you have not been able to provide the service.

    yes it is but they will duck and dive and avoid refunds at all costs - go straight to trading standards they are well known to them and they will help you get your money back. Can you post on Trust Pilot as well please and their facebook page - they are nothing short of criminal - owe hundreds money and many many more are taking court action against them - don't waste your effort trying to call they don't answer or if you call the sales line they will answer straight away and fob you off. They read these reviews not to try and help but to try and get them removed - total scammers
