Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises false promises and failure to pay

stay away from driving dynamics
They lie, fail to pay instructors for lessons completed. Fail to uphold the 50 pupil promise. Refuse to give refunds to students. Lie to students claiming they have pupils in areas they do not
Are there any instructors who have been fleeced by driving dynamics who would like to join forces and take action against them.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises poor service

I joined these at the end if last year, was told about this great school and how great the franchise would be but shortly after signing up I realised that I'd not been told everything, they have a weekly claim limit so it takes ages for an instructor to actually get all his money from them but that's only if they bother to pay you in the first place, I was having to call nearly weekly to ask for my money. They send pupils through at a really low price so potential earnings are low and after reading through all the reviews on various websites I now feel my reputation is at risk people will see drive dynamics and instantly think we are all bad instructors, I don't even keep the car at home anymore and park it a few streets over to avoid being associated with it.

Avoid this company. I know the price seems to be good value for money but just dont do it!

i booked my lessons on the 18th june explicitly telling the woman on phone i have my test booked for 5th september. Since then i had one lesson. The instructor did not turn up for 3 lessons, customer service is a joke. Even when you call them at 9 am they are busy and you hold for 1 hr.

Just avoid this company unless you want to waste your money.

Please avoid this - so called lucrative option.
While on the face of it the initial 10-20 hours offer looks good but the Drivers cover it by wasting time - Like coming late average 15 minutes for a lesson or ruses that will bewilder you.
To drivers we are prey to be looted to compensate their initial offer & even the training skills are REAAAALLLY bad...
AVOID THIS SERVICE - Tried 3 different drivers & 2 of them were downrightly pathetic to say the least...

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ...

I had booked for 7 sessions for £99, instructor went on for two weeks holiday after 4 sessions and told me he had no bookings available till may and per the contract if we have not used their service for 2 weeks, last sessions booked gets forfeited. I felt so cheated and instructor was so friendly but didn't know he was so greedy and wanted me to take more lessons

This company is terrible. I booked on 8th january 15 manual lessons. No-one contacted me about the lessons. Then due to having an illness on 18th january I am now unable to drive for over a year. When callled we were informed that they did not have an instructor for my area. They were going to do arefund. But, when they heard I was ill.they wanted emails informing them. Which was done. 4 email later, 3 phone calls, still NO refund. THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS ANd SHOULD NOT BE USED BY ANYONE FOR DRIVING LESSONS. I shall be reporting them to consumer watch bodies and taking the matter further legally.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises franchise

Suckered into a franchise with Drive Dynamics, 3 months in and to be frank there a joke, if I can find a way out of this contract I will, please no one go near this joke of a driving school ADI or learner, if anybody out there have a way out of there contract please let me know, there charging a fortune for there franchise and broken promises of pupils, putting hard working instructors into dept.

Did you find a way out of contract? I also realised how bad they are after I joined them and would rather not have to wait till the end of contract.

Hi if you have contract that has been broken by them eg they have not supplied the number of pupils they said they would then you can break the contract - they wont fight it. Write to them telling them why you are leaving give a date you will work to and that you will be happy to go to court and justify it. They will bombard you with texts, calls etc but they are desperate bullies so ignore them. Look at these threads too - very useful .

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises money grabbers

If you are thinking of making a block booking of driving lessons with this company DO NOT. I would advise you to book one lesson first to see if you and your instructor get on. I paid £289 for 20 lesson for my son and he did not feel comfortable with the instructor. He had 1 x 2 hour lesson and all I was refunded was £157. It is a waste of time complaining to their customer services department if you are lucky enough to get through as they are very off hand, you can tell they get a lot of complaints. They are by far the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with as was the instructor. If you want to give your money away and not receive service then I would recommend Drive Dynamics.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises can't book lessons

Hi

My director paid for an intensive driving course for one of our employees on the 30.10.14 paid in full, We waited to hear from the instructor only to be told he cant do the lessons when we wanted full stoop!. We have been back and forward trying to get this resolved however the customer service team and its booking team do not get back to me. Surely this is covered under the goods and services act?

All I want is the money back as you have not been able to provide the service.

yes it is but they will duck and dive and avoid refunds at all costs - go straight to trading standards they are well known to them and they will help you get your money back. Can you post on Trust Pilot as well please and their facebook page - they are nothing short of criminal - owe hundreds money and many many more are taking court action against them - don't waste your effort trying to call they don't answer or if you call the sales line they will answer straight away and fob you off. They read these reviews not to try and help but to try and get them removed - total scammers

hi I payed 150 for ten lessons and a theory test had one lesson then I was text saying to have 54 pound for my next lesson I said I payed for ten and I was emailing them back and fore in the end they would not reply and wont give me a refund or the other eight lessons and the theory test im owed what can I do

Hello pls I need details on how to get my money back I paid £77.25 as deposit and I ave not started any lesson with them becos I was booked for manual and I am using auto I asked for refund and they have been so rude telling me I need to wait until there customer service deals with it .they are not reachable

Its likely the driving instructor has left as they just cant make a living on 9.99 a lesson so many get sold to, trapped in a contract then leave. Its nothing more than pyramid selling. You can complain to companies house as they are a limited company for misconduct or trading standards will help you get your money back. They have not provided the service you have paid for so you will have a claim or if you paid on credit card you can get your money back that way. More importantly slag them off to everyone and anyone, they use facebook to promote their business so you use it to put them out of business! If you want any details on their directors let me know - I know it all

For all of you who cannot get through the customer services on the phone to get your money back don't despair the driving instructors cant get through either - what a shambles

Please see below their latest branch contact details - poor Chloe bombard her with calls! oh and I am sure you would all love to give them your feedback!

In the last 7 days we have launched a dedicated team based at our Cardiff branch to speak to our instructors personally and resolve any problems you might have . The instructor care mobile number for you is [protected] and Chloe is your personal point of contact. She will assist and resolve these issues. This is a dedicated team away from our busy sales office. The main problem was the sales lines were so busy with pupils booking lessons they couldn't get through to the department they needed. Please feedback on here so we know things have improved for you.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises manipulating review sites

This company are trying to get bad reviews removed from review websites - mainly Trust Pilot but previously the Review Centre as well
They are reporting many bad reviews for breeching the websites rules which are then removed while they are under investigation. There is no reason for them to do this other than trying to manipulate the figures as these are clearly genuine reviews. They are also asking staff members, family and friends to post fake good reviews. They are so obviously fake its laughable. They will also immediately remove any bad reviews from their facebook page and block you from posting again.
Nearly all of these reviews are people complaining that they have paid for lessons but have not received them and are finding it impossible to get a refund. Sounds like this business are in deep trouble if they are putting all their efforts into silencing unhappy customers. Why doesn't the person trawling the internet knobbling reviewers get on the phones at H/O and sort out the refunds!

Worst company I've ever used by far! 6 weeks a go I paid £550 for crash course and driving test, never heard back off them since and every time I ring up they fob me off and don't get in touch even though they claim they will. Only just getting somewhere with them after contacting visa. Still have to wait another 7 days for us to even try and get the money back as they are dragging their feet. If you want to be messed about and risk a hell of a lot of money then please use this company. If you just want to pass your test go local and look at reviews first!

This is the worst company (if you could even call it that) that I have ever had to deal with customer service shocking! They take your money and then don't get in touch again they took my money one day no one got in touch for weeks when I finally got ahold of someone to speak to they said that they don't have an instructor that covers my postal code after they took the money of course!
Even if they did have someone who covered my area they still weren't going to get in touch! The stress so went through with this company was horrible they are liars and even everyone that I spoke to in the office where like people that you would find on the Jeremy Kyle show all just up for an argument about my money and my refund I don't know how they choose there staff but honestly I couldn't have been more shocked! Over a month now still no refund and still no apology! If your willing to learn how to drive and are committed don't go here! Stay well clear horrible company, horrible people just all round a complete scam!

Trading standards will help you get your money back. I have never seen so many bad reviews about them not giving refunds when they cant provide the service. Post your review on their sister companies facebook page (mobile beauty) - they are putting all their efforts into getting that up and running - they will block you but the review will be seen by hundreds before they can. I have a feeling they are giving up on the driving school as they cant cope with all the driving instructors leaving. They get treated like s--t as well!

Basically I saw the 'great' deal they was offering of 10 lessons for £99 so I requested a call back. After speaking to one of the sales team I decided to book, a confirmation email was sent once I paid and in this it listed:
Terms and conditions
How the lessons are set out
A lesson needs to be booked less than 14 days apart for the last three paid for hours to not be cancelled
When you are entitled to a refund.
READ THESE CAREFULLY!

so I waited and waited for a driving instructor to ring me back asking when I could book my 1st lesson as they say its 3-5 working days. Two weeks went by no phone call...
I then decided to request a refund as i was entitled to because every time I contacted customer service they told me different things about when I would get an instructor.

After another week of putting in a refund form by email to customer service I decided to ring. You could be waiting from 5 minutes to 30 minutes to get through to Drive Dynamics. Then I got told to send my card details again and it would be in my bank within 14 working days.

Well to cut a long story short i requested a refund in the second week of October and it has only just been put into my account. Disgusting! After countless amount of phone calls to the useless customer service team who will tell you anything to get your money then tell you even more rubbish to scam you out of your money when it all goes wrong.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises bad reviews they delete from facebook and block the sender

Gotta get these reviews on here before they delete them. All these are posted on facebook this weekend and will be deleted and the reviewers blocked when the office staff get in on Monday. I think they must employ someone who deletes all the bad reviews then makes up fake good ones to post!

Booked lessons a month ago. No one called to arrange lessons. Contacted several times, no answer. Contacted to ask for my money back, was asked to email and provided with incorrect email address. Emailed correct email address 5 days ago, no response. Been calling and no answer. I have been on hold for 35 minutes and you cannot be bothered to pick up the phone despite having time to post on your Facebook. I want my money back - you are INCOMPETENT. posted by Kingsley Bailey - with photos posted all over their page of his phone showing 35 mins on hold.

I wouldnt waste your time booking with this firm, the cheap lessons are fitted in at your instructors convience, they wil be late, finish early. I would book elsewhere by Daniel Lequelence

this company is. I gave my nephew a gift voucher for lessons for his 17th birthday. I gave it to him couple of weeks early so he could arrange to have his first lesson his actual birthday. If only it was that simple, every time he rang them, he was told someone would get back to him later in the day, they never bothered. So each day he would try again, to no avail.After nearly 2 weeks, he asked me to try. The first woman I spoke to was so off hand and disinterested, I raised my voice and she passed me over to somebody else, this lady said she would ring the instructor direct and he would phone my nephew, never happened. The same afternoon I rang again and spoke to a young man, who again told me he would call the instructor direct and I would get a call later that evening. You guessed it. No call. I rang early the next morning to try and get It sorted, I spoke to very helpful young lady who actually rang me back after she spoke to the instructor, only to be told that he has no spaces for at least 8 weeks. If I had wanted the lessons to start in 2015, I would have given them to him for christmas.

tell them you want your money back as they have not provided the service you have paid for. She was probably lying - they don't have an instructor for your area but they will take the money regardless. The running of this company is at best shambolic at worse corrupt!

Drive Dynamics is utterly horrible regarding their customer service and the service they provide. They are unwilling to help and reluctant even more to augment their blunders. Two consecutive instructors disappeared without completing the booked and paid and confirmed lessons. Upon contact, they either refuse to help or simply try to reprimand their customers. Their customer service staff are dismissive and inclined to follow an infantile approach to the matter. I do not recommend this company to anyone wishing to receive good service and get their money's worth as they will not refund or offer any solutions.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises rubbish driving school

I was learning with drive dynamics last year, my instructor was extremely rude and arrogant so I left. Last week I decided to drive with them again, but in a completely different area thinking it was maybe just that one instructor, my new driving instructor mocked my driving in a very rude and patronising way and was a dangerous driver when demonstrating my 'bad' driving, she completely over exaggerated my faults and was dangerous with it. I called drive dynamics back to swap instructor, I was told everyday for 6 days that my instructor would contact me, but he didn't. I called the manager and asked for a full refund she was rude and told me to email if I want a refund, when minutes before I was told I could speak to someone about the refund.

I paid for 10 for 100 but am doing 90mins lessons as the instructor is unreliable said he doesn't cover my area and whenever i get in the car halfway through the lessons low fuel comes on as if he fills just for the lesson.Also it has taken from September to now to get 7 hours so far so as you can see unless you're patient don't go with them. Futhermore after these lessons they would be losing this customer and i will be going with a more reputable company.

I booked driving lessons with drive dynamics for my daughters main Christmas present, no voucher came, I had to get in touch
I had no contact from the company or any of their driving instuctors, I emailed as the web page said that they were open from 11am to 4pm on Sundays, at this point after being on hold for over two hours and leaving my phone on loud speaker no-one answered. I then contacted the company the following week to be told that there was only one advisor on the sales line and she had to help another department as they were busy, so false representation of the times that I could contact the driving school.
I eventually got through and was told that a driving instructor would be in touch, I waited and waited and we got no call, I had to wait over an hour to get in touch to be told that another driving instructor would be in touch with me soon, again no contact from driving instructor number two.
I called again after waiting two hours on the customer exsisting pupil line option 4 on the phone and was told another driving instructor would be in touch, this did actually happen, the driving instructor was advised that my daughter worked 6 days a week and could only take driving lessons on a Sunday, this was explained also before booking with drive dynamics at the very begining and i was advised that this wouldn't be a problem.
My daughter had one driving lesson and asked the driving instructor if she could have her driving lessons from 12pm onwards on a Sunday, the driving instructor explained that wasn't an issue. The following week my daughter had a missed call on her phone from the driving instructor saying that he could only make 10am, my daughter never got the message in time as she had already arranged the time and it was the driving instructor that changed it on the day giving her no option, she missed that lesson as she wasn't awake for the message, she got up and was ready for 12pm as she booked only to find the times had been changed on her phone, the next week the driving instructor came at 10.30am ( not 12 as customer requested ). I told my daughter that her driving instructor was outside and she started to get ready, I went outside to be polite to explain that my daughter woulnd't be long as she went out last night, immediatley the driving instructor presumed that my daughter had been out drinking and he said that she couldn't get in his car for at least 24 hours, I never mentioned she had been drinking. He was rude and started to explain that he didn't want to take any driving lessons on a Sunday, he wanted to spend that time with his family, I then asked him why he said he would teach her on a Sunday if he didn't want to and was that the reason he agreed to 12pm every Sunday and then wanted to change the times, I then explained that this lesson had been paid for and he was making the rules and shouldn't the customer get what they pay for and the company work around them, at this stage he said he was going and my daughter wouldn't be getting her lesson and that this lesson was going to be charged for as he had arrived at his convienience and she had been drinking. ( not fact presumption).
The driving instructor told me to get back in touch with the office as he wasn't going to teach her on a Sunday, he wanted that time with his family and then he drove off.
I waited and waited for the driving school to get me another driving instructor, I called and called and called and never got through.
I then called on a day off from work and the message said that the lines were very busy and someone would call me back in 2 hours, after 2 hours passed I called again only for the same message to be heard, no call back was ever made. At this stage I was totally frustrated with the school and their customer service, I bought this in December and paid in full, it is now the 23rd of March, my daughter has had one lesson, it's an absolute joke.
I carried on calling and couldnt ever get through my phone bill was ridiculous as it was coming in every month, I eventually called and pressed the new customer option to say that I wanted to join your school, much to my dissappointment I spoke to someone within 5 minutes and registered a complaint, I was told someone from customer care would call me. Three weeks I have waited and after another 3 calls to the new pupil line I was put through to an advisor within 30 seconds, I am totally disgusted with your customer service for exsisting pupils and the fact if your a new pupil you can speak to someone immediatley saving time and money.
This school takes your money in advance, you cannot contact them, they never contact you, their customer services line is always busy, OH BUT YOU CAN GET THROUGH IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER SOMEONE ELSE ABOUT TO EXPERIENCE THERE GREAT SERVICE.
DON'T BE FOOLED READ THE REVIEWS YOU DONT WANT TO END UP LIKE ALL THEIR EXSISTING CUSTOMERS

I booked some lessons for my son stressing how quickly he was planning on taking his test. After 2 weeks of chasing them the driving instructor still had not contacted us to arrange the lessons so I requested a full refund. After getting no response and chasing them again numerous times I finally received an email asking to confirm the card details so that a refund could be made. On doing this and still not receiving any refund I finally managed to contact their accounts department who assured that the refund would be received within 28 days. Needless to say this has expired and I have now commenced legal proceedings for recovery against the company.

Ditto similar experience with me ... In my case I have to eat the frog & go for another Instructor who was straight from the Hell... Always late by atleast 15 minutes per lesson... Wastes time for casual coffee break sandwitch etc...

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises terrible service! do not use them!

I purchased the 10 driving lessons for £99 offer as the salesman on the phone was so keen to take my money so quickly. This was in June 2014. I have still to the this day 14th July 2014 have yet to receive a call from my so called driving Instructor! I have constantly called up to be given excuse after excuse as to where he is, he is busy or we cant get hold of him! This is not acceptable! The adverts state you can fast track your driving and this company is apparently the best company for driving in the UK! It most certainly isnt! Now because of the way i have been treated i would strongly suggest anyone who reads this and is thinking about
learning to drive with this company should re think. You do not need the hassle, go with a reputable company who do not steal your money with nothing to offer in return. I wished i would've read these comments before i went with them as my life would've been less stress full and a month and a half in i could be well on my way to passing my test by now! I have now asked for a refund as i no longer wish to deal with this company and i have since been told you have to wait 28 days to get your money back! Please please avoid this company at all costs! I am also following this up with trading standards. I advise anyone else who has been treated like this to do the same as they cannot continue to do this.

they give everyone the same BS about waiting 28 days for a refund but they don't usually pay it so my advise it pursue the TS avenue now and don't wait! Also if you look at their facebook page you will keep seeing complaints like this being posted then being removed without a response! They hate bad reviews and do everything they can to get them removed. Trustpilot has awful ones - so post this on there, they cant get them removed but they have got the driving instructors and staff to post good reviews to try and mask the awful ones. I don't know how this company is still trading - they just take the money when they know they cant provide the lessons but they also recruit driving instructors in areas that are saturated so they don't get any pupils. Its shambolic

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises this is where all your hard earned money is going

For all of you driving instructors and pupils who have been ripped off by any 3 of these companies run by the husband and wife team the Midgley /McDonalds then have a look at the photo and see where all your hard earned money is going. These pictures are being flaunted by her all over the web, she is courting the publicity. Absolutely shocking, she should hang her head in shame, get back to her office, sort out the mess she has created and pay everyone back she owes money to!

Oh yes they can spend THEIR MONEY how they like but its not their money is it ! It belongs to the hundreds of customers who have paid for lessons and not received them and now cant get their money back and the many, many driving instructors who have put their faith in this woman and ended up in dire straits. READ THE REVIEWS

For the record I have just logged onto Drive Dynamics facebook page its 8.30am but i guarantee the reviews will be removed as soon as the staff get in.

The first item you see is them advertising for office staff. The comment attached from Tracey Brame "Would be nice if the team members you have would get back to u after 2 calls made to find out information just saying"

Don't go with this 'driving school', they are quick enough in taking... your money but have no decency or customer service skills, I was told my lessons(that we're bought as a Christmas present) wouldn't expire until the end of June. They then told me that my lessons had expired as they actually ran out in May. The instructor didn't even have the common decency to call to tell us that our lessons had run out when we were waiting to hear from them to book my first driving lesson!

You are both right they are perfectly entitled to spend THEIR money on anything they choose, the point is its NOT THEIR MONEY to spend. Hundreds of people have paid for driving lessons and not received them or have not been happy with their instructor and now cannot get their money back. Many, many driving instructors have put their faith in this woman and have been left with nothing but debt. Read the reviews! Every day people are posting bad reviews on the company facebook page but they just get deleted. Are you surprised I am slightly peed off? Oh well she better save her best outfit for her looming Watchdog appearance!

Their money? They rip their customers and theIreland franchisees off. They break their contract but I wished up to their little stunts and their threats and got a solicitor involved. Didn't hear from them after that. I'm talking about 9 years ago and they are still up to their tricks. Wise up before you get sucked in by their charming ways, because that soon wears off and the nasty side comes out.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises horrible service and fraud

I have had a nightmare chasing this company for a refund. We were assigned a driver whose English was incomprehensible which made arrangements and an actual nightmare a horror. Subsequently attempts to get a refund have not yielded anything positive despite writing an email as requested and several phone calls. With so many people experiencing this, how can they be allowed to continue in business?
