Wish I could give these people negative stars. 1 star is way too much. I booked 20 hr lessons back in July. After 5 days no 1 contacted me. I called them and I was told the instructor still had 9 days to contact me. On the last day I was contacted by an instructor who informed me he was going on holiday for a week and would call on his return. This never happen. I called them again to ask for a refund. To prolong the situation they want you to fill out an online form for a refund which they say they have 14 days to reply to. Guess what they don't reply. Then they want u to write a letter requesting a refund. After 14 days and no reply like a plum I spend some more hours on hold as usual to further request a refund. I was then told they have to contact the instructor to confirm I have not had any lessons. Guess how long he had to reply to an urgent email, yes that's right 14 days. So 14 days later and still no response I call again and finally told I can receive my full refund. It will be in my account in ... Yes ur correct 14 days. 14 days later. I'm told .. blah blah blah. Then 14 days later I'm told ... blah blah blah blah blah blah and so here we are 4 and half months later still no refund. They have a list of excuses ranging from system failures to the bank putting a hold on their account due to fraudulent activities. Probably their own. Avoid this company like the plague for ur own sanity please.

    I am in a similar situation. Impossible to get through to customer services. Feel like I've been totally ripped off. No one from Customer services have bothered to respond to any of the form filling. When I call customer services, I am like 20th person on the queue..guess what 2hrs later, the queue was still 20. Looks like it's going to be very hard work getting my money back although they have broken their own Ts & Cs
