Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises it's a fake business

Do not do what I did and pay them any money. They stole £225 from me because I thought it was a real company and I wanted to buy a block of 15 lessons for my partner. The money was taken from my account but we received an email saying they couldn't provide any lessons and that I would receive a full refund in 14 days. 22 days later and still no refund. I have phoned and emailed them a few times but still nothing. I have reported them to the authorities. Do not give them any money!

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises a scam from drive dynamics

I booked a driving course with Drive Dynamics and they just ignored me after they got the money for longtime. After chasing them, they allocated an instructor for me and I only heard from the instructor once then disappeared and never replied to my messages or answer to my calls for a month and 2days. They refused to give me my money cos it past 14 days already but the delay of the service is only from their side. Now, they sent me an email to say no refund and the service can be done but they never tell me when I will have the course and they never contact me . I've to call them and chase them but they do nothing.
They just took my money and that's it.
Please, anyone who's reading that, never trust this scam company, I can't believe they're still working in this country without being in a big trouble for taking money from people without giving them the service the paid for.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises I have called and emailed several times and still waiting for a refund

I have called several times being on hold for 45 mins plus, I have sent several emails requesting a refund.
I got a text on Thursday 9th February from Malik [protected] saying he as the allocated instructor but unfortunately he was unable to take my son on board at this point. He said we would hear from another instructor soon. Never heard from one since.

Please give refund immediately. We are now in April! This is causing me distress and was a Christmas present for my son who has not been able use.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises I was told instructor would contact me and never had no reply to emails

I have reported fraud to my bank and to the police ref number: NFRC170401804941

I was told on the phone by one of your sales people a instructor would be able to start working with my daughter the following week and that he would be able to offer lessons after her 6th form. They also be available for my daughters test date. What was sold to me I have never received and my money was taken by deception.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises refund not received, very bad customer service representative and extremely bad contact

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I bought a driving lesson package with Drive Dynamics and after reading reviews immediately realised my mistake. On the same day I emailed 2 times asking for a refund as I hadn't booked a single lesson I thought I had more of a chance than the others who had reviewed them and said they either delay to the point of giving up - or just fail to even provide you with your refund.

No luck, have spent upwards of 2 hours waiting on their phone lines to talk to a customer service representative. Each time I'm told - "They'll send it through" and each time I ask for a confirmation email - no one has contacted me each time. I've now proceeded to dispute the payment through my bank. This company is terrible - they have no direct lines and seemingly no knowledge of how any thing it processed in their own company. I'm at a loss and £145 out of pocket. I'm not giving up as I know they can not keep my money but I'm sure they make thousand of pounds by just wearing people down so they do give up.

These ### steal your money! What happened- in my case was I paid for 10 hour lessons, £125 for a block, booked -and I got a driving instructor who told me how it works - it's a fraud - I was given a few hours of my 10 hours I paid for, after that they said you pay £50 2 hour lessons in between and the 4 hours of your block (I paid for ) we give you when you're test ready - ###ing fraud

i booked driving lessons on the 24th february and got told that i would get a driving instuctour. no-one called me, so i rang again this time i got a number for a driving instructor and i called him 4 times to get no answer, i then caled again to be fobbed off by saying that some one would call me back. i am now on my 4th phone call and the issue is still not resolved. i want my money back and they are trying to get me to take lessons when all i want is a refund and go with someone else job number is pkg57130 ive paid £144 for 10 lessons and nothing has been sorted. im not happy at all

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises block driving lessons

I am writing to complaint about getting a refund for my sons lessons which were paid for on the 19th December 2016.

After 14 days I had to ring the company as I had not heard anything from them they told me that his instructors name and number and for me to get hold of him. I did this and he said he would ring me back but I ended up ring gi for him he said he was waiting for package details from the company so he could then arrange his lesson with my son.

He has only had 1 lesson and his driving instructor has cancelled 2 lessons on the trot with him but only sends a text on the morning of the lesson.

I am not very happy with this and have rang the company to ask for refund but was told I could not have one because it had gone pass the 14 days but I waited 14 days before I eventually rang them to see about his instructor/lessons.

So could someone please state if I can get a refund with waiting for 14 days before I heard anything or even me getting onto them instead

My sons name is Adam shevlin the postcode is m30 7hg I paid £114.95 for a block of 10 lessons which did not have first lesson until after Christmas.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises driving lessons

Drive Dynamics is a fraudulent Company, who took from me & my son on 1st Oct 2016, GBP 551.95 for an18h intensive course, to be taken within 2 weeks with immediate following DVLA driving test. Service was never provided and despite the fact that we called and email them on the 9th Oct to immediate cancel the contract and requested reimburse. After several phone calls & emails, which were never answer, I had to contact the Ombudsman Organisation, who in return did not received a reply from Drive Dynamics, so I had to move further and take a solicitor to finally get, after 3 months my Money back less GBP5.95, which they did not pay back.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises money not been refunded

I am a support worker for a young person Simiso Mkandla, Simiso paid for 10 driving lessons with Drive dynamics, the money was taken from his account immediately he was later contacted and told that they did not have an instructor in Simiso's area so would need to refund his money.
This was nearly 3 months ago and despite several phone calls from myself and Simiso and being promised that the money would be paid back into his account before Christmas, he has contacted me this morning to let me know that they money has still not been paid into his bank account.

Wish I could give these people negative stars. 1 star is way too much. I booked 20 hr lessons back in July. After 5 days no 1 contacted me. I called them and I was told the instructor still had 9 days to contact me. On the last day I was contacted by an instructor who informed me he was going on holiday for a week and would call on his return. This never happen. I called them again to ask for a refund. To prolong the situation they want you to fill out an online form for a refund which they say they have 14 days to reply to. Guess what they don't reply. Then they want u to write a letter requesting a refund. After 14 days and no reply like a plum I spend some more hours on hold as usual to further request a refund. I was then told they have to contact the instructor to confirm I have not had any lessons. Guess how long he had to reply to an urgent email, yes that's right 14 days. So 14 days later and still no response I call again and finally told I can receive my full refund. It will be in my account in ... Yes ur correct 14 days. 14 days later. I'm told .. blah blah blah. Then 14 days later I'm told ... blah blah blah blah blah blah and so here we are 4 and half months later still no refund. They have a list of excuses ranging from system failures to the bank putting a hold on their account due to fraudulent activities. Probably their own. Avoid this company like the plague for ur own sanity please.

I am in a similar situation. Impossible to get through to customer services. Feel like I've been totally ripped off. No one from Customer services have bothered to respond to any of the form filling. When I call customer services, I am like 20th person on the queue..guess what 2hrs later, the queue was still 20. Looks like it's going to be very hard work getting my money back although they have broken their own Ts & Cs

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises cancelled been promised refund 6 weeks later still no sign

Rang and paid for a intensive driving course on 22/09/16 for £765 on the 23/09/16 a instructor contacted me, he had a real attitude and he didn't do the intensive courses anyway, he said he would contact drive dynamics, I said I was going to cancel. I rang them on 23/09/16 and emailed them to confirm I wanted to cancel. On the 27/09/16 I rang and spoke to Natalie who told me the refund would be processed on the 27/10/16., I asked why it would take so lonv, she didn't know I would have to speak to refund dept, so I asked to be put through, apparently there was nobody in and no managers in either, she said she would get somebody to ring me back, nobody ever did. I rang again in the 28/09/16 got the same response as the day before. I rang on the 05/10/16 and was told again the refund would be processed on the 27/10/16. I rang again and spoke to fiona in sales who was apologetic but couldn't help. I received a email on the 13/10/16 stating I was entitled to a refund f and I would get it within 28days. On the 31/10/16 I rang to confirm if my refund has been processed, Paula answered and said the systems were down and she would call me back when they were working, I rang the day after and was told the same thing. My refund has obviously not been processed. I have sent a email to the lady who confirmed I would get a refund Abbie but have had no reply. You have to wait 25-40mins for someone from customer services to answer the phone and then they just fob you off.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises driving lessons - scam

Called and booked 7 lessons with Drive dynamics and a month later we still haven't heard from drive dynamics.
We tried calling on 4 occasions and were placed on hold for over an hour for one of the calls. on the 3rd call we got through and a lady assured us that they would get an instructor to contact us. We waited for another week and sill no instructor called.
We called drive dynamics again, his time to cancel and we were told that we would have to wait 14 to 28 days before we could get our money back.

This is a scam and they use people's money, so I would urge people to stay clear of these people.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises lack of service and do not refund your money

A number of lessons were booked and over £200 paid some weeks ago. No instructor called to actually book the lessons. After a number of times trying to chase to get an instructor to call, we were informed that there wasn't an instructor in the area and that a refund would be instructed. A month later, still no refund. We are constantly informed that their refund systems are down, no manager is ever available and they do not reply to emails. DO NOT PAY THIS FIRM ANY MONEY. Trading Standards have been informed.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises £599.99 Package of 20 hours plus test.

I booked and paid for a package of lessons for my son. I tried to cancel within the hour as my son was unable to take up the lessons, but no one would speak to me and I only received a 'Ticket Number' from the email contact I made. I tried for three weeks to get a response, but none was forthcoming. I had clearly cancelled within the fourteen day 'cooling off' period, so there was no reason to withhold a refund.
I had to contact my bank who are now opening up a complaint with the company to get my money back. They told me they have a lot of dealings with this company. In brief DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM!

A completely fraudulent company using all the sleazy ways to scam people. there are no 10 lessons for 100 pounds. call them and they will make some excuse to make you pay more and give you less hours. do not book them online.
1. 3 hours the instructor will only tell you the controls. this is a break you use it to stop the car ... and so on. ask a family member to tell you this
2. if you do know the cantrols then you are not a beginner and then they will charge you 115 pounds for 7 hours.
3. out of 7 hours 3 hours you will have to use on the test day. plus you will have to pay 50 pounds more for the use of car.
so only four hours of lesson for 115 pounds really.
4. I was told by the instructor I will need 20 hours atleast after on normal rate which is 26 pounds / hour much more than other local normal rate
instructors.

how they scam you is 14 days to cancel but you will not receive a call from the instructor for 14 days or your first lesson will be after 14 days and then the instructor puts you on last priority cause you have already paid and you can not get a refund. drive dynamics wont reply to your emails, calls are on hold for more than 30 mins ...

Drive dynamics are crooks! on 9/9/16 I phoned them and i paid £215.85 for 10 lessons and I was told that in 7 days a instructor will call me to arrange dates and times for lessons. after 10 days I had no call from nobody so I decided to call customer service to find out why no instructor has contacted me, I was told that they don't have any instructor in my area so I asked for a refund and they told me to send a email to request for a refund so I did and am still waiting. Am feeling rather depressed right now after reading all this bad reviews and I don't think if I will ever get my money back. Am a single mum with four kids and I work part time as a care assistant so £215 is a lot of money for me to loss. I hope the trading standards do something about this so called scammers drive bloody dynamics.

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises disgraceful company disgraceful people working in there

Hi! Has been nearly 4 wks that my drive canceled on me for not getting paid from this drive crap dymaninc! And since then i've been trying get my money back to go somewhere else! Been calling and emails it every day basically! Had the phone put down on me 2x! (Far from a great costumer service) anyway was told today that not aloud to hv my refund back because of the 14 days! Asked what should I do to be told nudism really as my instructer haven't give it up on me! Know I ask! How come poeple like those actually can run a bussines? Stealing from us off course! That is exactly how I m feeling now! The only person working in there should be asshamed of herself to be doing such a crap job! Honesty people out there! Don't wast u time and money with the drive dynamic! Disgraceful people and disgraceful company! U only gona hv head ache!

Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises driving lessons booked and driving instructor has told my son so many lies and have only had 1 lesson

My son booked a batch of lessons with drive dynamics costing him £105 after a week i rang the company to find out why he had not been contacted and was told so sorry he was over looked. I was then told an instructor called Brian from Surrey would be picking him up on saturday at 4pm! well in instructor turned up at 3pm and sat with my son for a hour and a half talking complete nonsense as my son does known how to drive but the instructor seemed to be more interested in wasting time talking complete rubbish and then took my son for a drive for 20 min yes 20 min.. he then said your penciled in for next saturday for another lesson but i will confirm the time with you.. again my son called him today NO ANSWER but a txt came back with... your penciled in for sunday at 7? 7am or 7pm? it was written down on the appointment card... ERRRRRMMMM NO the appointment card is blank? so again false promises of a lesson for the saturday yet he couldnt be bothered to write it in the book or call my son to confirm... I have tried to contact Brian tonight but he wont reply to my txt messages or phone calls... To add my son is autistic and remembers every word Brian said to him.. So i am now very concerned that after only one lesson Brian has constantly lied to my son and will not return my phone calls... I think i will be informing Rights for Disabled people as this company has taken my sons Disability money and thought they could fob him off with lies and im sorry I WILL NOT LET THEM DO THIS AS ITS FRAUD taking someones money then not full filling what they had been paid for ! Drive Dynamics / Dynamic Franchises no driving lessons/no refund

I booked my driving lessons on Aug 19th letting them know I've got a baby on the way and need to start lessons asap in Harrow. So I paid for 10 lessons and was told someone would call within 7-10 days. Three weeks later I buzzed and spoke to Sue at DD. The instructor will buzz you by Monday evening (this was a Friday). They didn't phone. I phoned and spoke to Sue again on the Tues.
Since then I've spoken to Natalie at DD she said someone would call me later that day. Guess what…no one phoned. Did you see that one coming? Bit of a pattern here?

This is the best bit...I can’t have my money back as the cooling off period is 14 days. There you have it daylight robbery, I'm such a mug, They have my money as I've paid up front for 10 lessons and I'm not going to get them.

My husband paid for 20 lessons for his daughters 18th birthday in February. No driving instructor has been in touch and after numerous un answered emails later I'm now in the process of starting a formal complaint. Disgusting customer service. Do Not Use this company!
