For all of you who cannot get through the customer services on the phone to get your money back don't despair the driving instructors cant get through either - what a shambles

In the last 7 days we have launched a dedicated team based at our Cardiff branch to speak to our instructors personally and resolve any problems you might have See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Leeds, AL. This is a dedicated team away from our busy sales office. The main problem was the sales lines were so busy with pupils booking lessons they couldn't get through to the department they needed.
