I live in Dublin Ireland and I to have had 32 Euro stolen from my credit card account, I have contacted pctools by email on two occasions but so far they have not responded

By the by I have received today a cheque from the Federal Trade Commission (USA) http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2008/06/manay.shtm

Where they have won a law suit against, Think All Publishing who scammed monies out of unsuspecting users credit card accounts for a software continuity program (subscription ) they didn’t know about
I will pass on pctools details to the FCT and hopefully they will stop these thefts

there is no direct telephone number for pc tools in shannon in ireland where pc tools operate from. these wankers know what they are doing is fraud, but you can contact a german company that deals with pc tools orders and ask to have your subscription cancelled, because they very carefully put the yearly renewal into the licence agreement knowing most people wont read it and just install the software that is rubbish anyway. the phone number is 00492213108830 then choose option 2 for a english speaing operator then option one for current subscriptions then ask the operator to cancel the yearly subscription. the german operator was very friendly and helpfull when i talked to her.

i have the same issues with PCtools. I have been charged by their autorenewal scam and have found that they fail to respond to numerous e-mails. this should be highlighted to shame this company and inform other honest individuals of this through facebook etc. spread the word bad PCtools shouldn't be allowed to remain in business
