Purchased anti - virus and pit stop 'optimize for my computer for this company, my credit card was charged 109. 95 on 21 / 12 / 2010 and i don't have the programs. What do i do about this?

Purchased a product from them int the past, they have just recently deducted 99.95 from my credit card account without authorisation.

Does any body know how to stop this company taking the money. I went to my bank and they said that they can't stop it.

What do we do to stop it.
I did purchase an anti virus 3 years ago and they keep taking money out of my credit card I didnt authorise it to continue.
