Dri Avast Software — billing charges

I have paid for services which I do not have. I have been bill for them. I call billing and gave the date which I was bill for. They new what dates and the amounts which I was charge on my visa. I have no service from june 2 2016. I still dont know why I lost services. All I did was to go windows 10. I keep calling, and all I get the we will refund or get send your statement.
