Avast Software premier services

The program updated recently with anti spy for the web cam and an updater, well since then my computer starts acting up. I called them and they wanted to charge me again for services I was supposedly already paying for, The Lady from India or wherever she was from was rude and stated the software doesnt PROTECT my computer from everything that hackers throw at it, I said my anti malware picked it up why wont your so called anti virus program of which I STRONGLY believe is whats causing it. I asked for a refund and was then Hung up on, Thanks AVAST for the bugs and ripping me off

No client number to give I have no account with any email i hold
REFUND IMMEDIATELY If I do not hear from you with in 24 hours I will be contacting consumer affairs. I have not given any authorisation for my account to attract such a substantial amount to be deducted GIVE MY MONEY BACK NOW

I do not use avast and I want my money back. I use Spectrum security and no other. I do not know why you charged me but I am social security and I can not spare this money. $59.99 out of my account. Dear sir/ madam, I was on trial version of avast antivirus and tried to update the same to internet security for three years period by paying Rupees 2999/- vide tansaction no CC Avenue/CCAEJ2JTZ222/[protected]/INTERNET SEC. Avast Software avast cleanup

I was on the trial software. Before the trial date was up, I canceled it. Avast charged me anyhow. Order date was August 27, 2017. Canceled out on the 24th of September. When I called I told them I had it canceled ahead of time. The only way they will think about returning my money into my account, is if I allow permission to go through my computer. They want to go into and see all thats on my computer. I told them that wasn't legal and I would report them.

I found this charge on bank account this am after conducting other business. An Avast popup screen showing your available services came up just as I was finishing my business and accidently billed me 39.93 for your services which I already have. Please deuct this charge from my bank account or I will be forced to go else where for my antivirus needs and I really like Avast and dont want too unless forced. Thanks for oyur help.

Avast Software antivirus protection

I ordered a one year subscription on 9/19/2017 and paid for it with my visa credit card. The payment was approved by my VISA card. The receipt and activation instructions were sent to an old E-Mail account I no longer use. The account is in the name of Lou Reinstra, The old account you sent the receipt to was Lou [protected]@gmail.com. My new E-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com. Avast Software unauthorized charge

My Discover Card is showing a payment removed by DRI*AVAST on 8/31/17. The amount is $49.99. This is an unauthorized payment as I have not purchased any software. Don't know how they got the account number. Tried calling avast and was directed to their website. Doesn't seem to be any way to call or email them with a question or complaint. Haven't yet found a way to dispute the charge. Will probably call Discover and have the charge reversed.

Same here; They are charging me for the free antivirus. So happens I got a licence in April 11 this year valid one year but they don't answer complaints

Avast Software avast privacy software

I was given a 30day trial offer for privacy online to hide me from hackers.

At trial bill was given indicating Total of 0.00 Pounds.

That I would be charged 1.99 Pounds monthly for 12 months.

On trying the product I discovered that I am unable to browse the internet whenever the privacy was activated. I immediate uninstall the product and has not used it at all.

I was shocked to see my Bank notification this morning that 49.99 Pounds had been deducted fro my account.

I would appreciate a refund without delay.
Failure to refund my money would force me to take further actions.

You have been warned.

my visa debt credit charge today on 9-9-17 for the amount of 64.11 transaction # [protected] (2) for 1pc 1 year service protection.I never ordered this renewal .I told Avast a long time ago I did not want to charge my card again for new services.Please refund back my money to my account that you took the said money out from it above.Please e-mail me back that you did so at [protected]@yahoo.com. have notified my bank of this situation.Thank you Mr Adrian Johnson from North Bergen N.J 07047.Please do not bill me again for Avast I do not use them any more.

Avast Software unauthorized credit card charges

On 26 August 2017 DRI*Avast Software [protected] U S charged my credit card an unauthorized amount of R815.00. I did not receive or install any product from them. I also never agreed to any membership fees been taken. I have disputed this payment with my bank but they have informed me that they are unable to assist with getting a refund because of the membership. I have had to replace my credit card to avoid further fraud by AVAST.
I can email copies of my correspondence with my bank if you require this, and send me your email address.
This has been an unpleasant experience, and I intend investigating other reliable antivirus software products instead .

I did not ask for your product and do not want to be billed. I should not get billed unless I agree to it or asked. This is very corrupt. I need to know what credit card is being used. I also only agree to the one month free trial. How do I make sure that I don't get billed again? Please do not bill me anymore. Cancel my subscription or what ever I am being billed for

Avast Software avast antivirus

On 28th August I was notified by Avast that our licence was to expire soon and advised to extend it. I did this and submitted my name - the selection of years - and gave full credit card details. This was registered on my credit card immediately and the money of R649.00 transferred. The reference on my credit card statement is as follows :-

However, I am still being notified that my licence is about to expire. In other words, my money has been taken, but the licence renewal was not processed.

I submitted my credit card details which is in my name SUSAN LIEGNER

Please help!

Avast Software unauthorized credit card charges.

On 2/8/2017 DRI AVAST SOFTW SHANNON CO. charged my personal MasterCard (ending 8085) the sum of 149.00 NIS without my prior permission. No, but NO ONE is entitled to use my bank account for any reason without my permission. Why is my card number still on Avast files? I used the service a number of times, but to my horror of horrors, Avast still has my card number available to use whenever they feel like it! I demand a refund immediately and to delete my MasterCard number from all files.

Dear sir/madam... Having checked my nationwide bank account... I find that you have taken my renewal payment twice.
On 01/08/2017 you took £39.99 from my account via my credit card.
On 10/08/2017 you took £39.99 from my account via my debit card.

This is not the first time you have taken double payment from my bank account... And you have had to reimburse me previously.

Please explain why you have taken double payment and reimburse me £39.99 immediately.

Avast Software avast internet security software

My name is Bethel Bates, Phila PA and I purchased internet security from AVAST in 2015. Ten months later (2016) I was auto billed for two subscriptions. They had double billed me. I contacted AVAST and told them that I did not sign up for auto billing and that they had double billed me and I wanted to cancel my subscription and wanted a refund. They sent me an email saying my subscription was cancelled and they would give me a refund. I never received the refund. Now it's 2017, nine months into that subscription, pop ups started to invade my computer and slow it down and days later AVAST had auto billed me yet again. I called to put a complaint in and speak to a supervisor and I was told that I could not speak to a supervisor or cancel the subscription over the phone. And that I had to go through the website to cancel. I went to the website and there was no button or drop down boxes that would lead a cancellation option. I would like my money back and my subscription cancelled. I do not want to deal with this company again.

Avast Software dri*avast software

On February 19, 2017 I purchased the above referenced software under Invoice ID [protected], Transaction ID 2EB85300A4546310K, for $49.99 USD. As of today August 21, 2017 I have not used this software due to a conflict created by the software with other software in my computer. I would greatly appreciate for Avast to issue an apportioned refund at least for the remaining months of the license (February 18, 2018- 6 months) for $24.99.

Avast Software unauthorized credit card charge

This company is stealing your money! I have made no updates whatsoever. I've been using the free trial which I still have 19 days remaining. My card was charged $43.69! Give me m money back or I am filing for a lawsuit for unauthorized charges. I am so angry that a company would purposely steal from it's customers. I did not even sign up for this, I was only using the free trial. I had no idea that free meant $43.69! Give me my money back!
