I have tried to contact dressywomen about canceling a dress I had purchased, after about 4-6 hours after purchasing it. I looked at their cancellation policy and they said to go to a website called, which does not exist. I have emailed them on 3 different emails, hoping to get a response from [protected] There was no response in two-three days, which they said they would get back in 1-2 business days. Their online chat has been offline for a week now as well. My order still says processing. I am very unhappy with the customer service, and if i received the dress I had wanted to cancel, I will let you guys know.
