terrible company! they stole my credit card information!
Don't order anything from this horrible website! I have ordered several items from dresslink and received my stuff in reasonable time, and everything was great! But then they stole my credit card information and used to make some other purchases. I'm so frustrated! This was my first online shopping experience ever and I never gave my card info to any other websites! I already contacted my credit card company and closed my account! Stay away! And don't believe the positive reviews you see, they are probably written by their employees!

I've ordered a cute backpack from dresslink website about three months ago. I received nothing yet. I've written them tons of emails and they promised to refund me. So I waited and waited, but received no money. I contacted them again and they told me to be patient. I doubt that I will ever get my money back, so I definitely do not recommend this website. I will never use Dresslink ever again!
waste of my money
I'll never buy anything from this company again! I purchased about $300 worth clothes from dresslink. Items I received were horrible and looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I wanted to return them and was told that I'll need to pay for the return shipping. I was also told they won't refund me the shipping cost I paid when I made an order. They offered me a refund. But that was the funniest part! I paid $300, but they offered me only $5! The clothes were very different from the models and the description. I advise people not buy from this website.
seller didn't solve the issue about delivery and refund
I bought dress, heels and purse from the website www.dresslink.com. The seller turned out to be real scam, because he didn’t provide the confirmation email or the tracking number. He didn’t inform me about the status of my order. I sent multiple emails and received only one response. It was short and they promised to solve this problem. But they did nothing. No order and no refund. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.

I placed an order #DLN2U6H61 online from www.dresslink.com on 12/17/18 for a pair of "Uggs Bailey II" style black boots for my grand-daughter in sz 8 for $95.00 & $2.99 extra for expedited shipping & they'd be sent out so they would be here between 12/22-12/27. I still don't have them, my credit card was billed & they don't respond to my emails
I ordered the Fortnite Hoodie, navy blue size M. U have charged my account and I have not received it yet. I needed this Christmas. Either give my money back or send me my product. I am going to put in a class action suit. Dresslink do not care about there customers and Dresslink is stealing from people.

I am dissatisfied with the sizes available of their boot and shoes. I wear a size 10 in US measure. None of the shoes or boots I've seen go over size 9. They need to offer more larger sizes 10-12 for women
