DreamStorage goods paid for and never received

Paid £76. for two perfumes on 14/11/09. They were to be Xmas presents. Emailed Radi Naydev SO many times. Was fobbed off with different replies, all of which meant nothing. Phoned unsympathetic lady who also fobbed me off. Fortunaltely my bank are now attempting to get the money back and have refunded my payment while they investigate. I suggested to Radi that he changes his company name from dreamstorage to nightmare storage! Horrible scheming crook! I SO hope he is stopped from trading!

DreamStorage No delivery of product but money taken out

I placed an order for a perfume for a christmas present and my money was taken out the next day but the perfume never arrived! I did enquire about it a week after the order was placed to make sure I would receive the perfume in time for Christmas and received an automatice generated email. 2 weeks later I received an email saying order has been dispatched but again it never was delivered.
I have sent various email to company but have never heard from them. DO NOT USE this company!

DreamStorage No goods received - no refund received

I ordered Co-co Madamoiselle on 27/11/09. It did not arrive. I emailed, telephoned, all to no joy. The lady on the phone in very non-caring and clearly doesn't work for them - plus she knows nothing about the company and how it works. I complained to Radi direct via email, he told me (via email) that a refund has been made. He told me this on 21/12/09. The email he sent stated that it would take 3-5 business days for the money to be back on the card - and you guessed it - nothing ever arrived! I have today reported this scam to the Police Trading Standards, Companies House & BIS. Anyone else that wants to report this scam company to Trading Standards - here's the easy-to-use link -

https://secure.consumerdirect.gov.uk/reportascam.aspx.

If everyone who has been ripped off reports them, it won't take long before they are shut down.

DreamStorage Fraud

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! FRAUD!
I recently brought a perfume from Dreamstorage, and began to get suspicious when i didnt recieve and email containing a confirmation of my order within the first day. The money (£42) was immediately taken from my account and that is unusual as companies usually take the money from your account once the order has been despatched.
I have also been called recently by the fraud department from my bank and they have informed me that someone has tried to take over £300 from my account, but it was declined. I didnt use my card at all on the day it was supposed to have been declined, i am 100 % sure this company are the ones who did this, so i suggest anyone who has unfortunately made an order with Dreamstorage, to check statements and check for any purchases you havent made, as i believe they are not only sending people FAKE goods, but they are keeping everyones card details and using them to make transactions!
I have also tried sending a email to the company in order to get a refund, but within minutes i recieved an email back saying the order is already being processed and that it is too late to cancel. There is no way they could have replied so quickly if it was a legitimate company. They are sending an automatic email to anyone who sends them a message in order to keep customers thinking they are getting the usual service!

I didnt think to check reviews on this website before i ordered, and now regret it!

This company swiftly takes your money promising cheap goods, then they never arrive and they never refund the cost!... avoid at all cost!

Non delivery of goods ordered, prompt payment taken from debit card. Site should be closed down by Google

Bought from Dreamstorage as they offered Chanel perfume for £42. Never received the product. The number they provided for contact did not work. E-mail correspondence no reply. They are a total sham and should be ashamed of themselves.

Never ever ever buy from Dreamstorage unless you would like to be ripped off! You have no hope of receiving your order and you have not got a chance of any communication.

You have been warned!

Considering that several complaints have been raised since June 2009, and presumably trading standards etc have been notified, I am surprised that this website hasd not been closed down before now - it certainly would have prevented me from losing £50 in December.

Like others posting here, I ordered an item which was shown as being in stock, my credit card was debited immediately, but the item never arrived. Their phone number doesn't work, the address shown on the website is not the same as the company registered address. I have emailed several times and have been told that I would be getting a refund, but nothing happened. Now they don't reply to my emails any more.

I too was ripped-off by Dreamstorage in November 2009. Again speaking back then to RBS World Pay was a waste of time. They didn't seem to be interested that they were processing finance for fraudsters.

So upset that RBS Worldpay won't get involved in sorting Dream Storage Ltd out and getting our money back - they were actually guaranteeing the payment = what are they doing - it's their job to help that's what they're there.

I've had the same problem and rang RBS Worldpay and they said it was nothing to do with them - they just process the money. Yet Dreamstorage are blaming RBS and say I can't get a refund until RBS authorise it - what a sham, it's only £34 but I have never been 'conned' on the internet before - and they looked so genuine. I keep asking for a refund as the goods have never turned up and he says my refund has been processed - and it's RBS holding it back. Doesn't look good for RBS Worlpay and will never buy anything with their guarantee again, really thought they would be a good guarantee and yet they don't want to know.

Hi again,

Just a quick note, RBSWorld pay who currently support the payments for dreamstorage are very interested in our complaints!

i rang them to ask how to go about getting my money back and they said unfortunately they couldent do anything because the transaction had already gone through, however they had received another complain about dreamstorage and they said that if there was any more complaints they would investigate!

If anyone has paid through RBSWorld pay I would give them a ring...you may not get your money back but hopefully if enough people ring they will drop dreamstorage just like paypal did!

Cheers

I too ordered perfume from Dreamstorage on 11th November. I assumed the company was ligitmate as they top Google next to boots for perfume. Mum told me "if its to good to be true it is", i should have listened you dont get a 100ml bottle of coco for £42.00 when boots is charging the same for 35ml. After placing the order i thought it strange that i never recieved the id password member number from them, to contact them in future through their site, or confirmation of the order placed. Instinct told me something was amiss. I googled the company name this is when i found out that what they say is not what you get. Today i received an email with an attached invoce saying my goods were despatched, coincidently the same day as my order. I very much doubt i will ever receive any item from them, and have been informed by reading other "dissatisfied customers" emails that if you do receive perfume it is "cats pee" or smells as such. I placed my order through RSB secure and would hope these little men in Bulgaria do not have details of my card other than the monies they have obtained from me through their deception. They work on the idea women love a bargain - as we do! but ultimately i think us ladies would feel better giving our money to a deserving charity rather than unscrupulous charlitans!

I too have been duped by Dreamstorage.net, an absolute SCAM of a company. FAKE perfume, FAKE SERVICE by FAKE PEOPLE. I paid £42 for a bottle of Chanel no:5, it took four weeks to arrive and when it did, the colour of the perfume was nothing like the original, and I know that, as I've used it for years. The No:5 label was not on straight, the lettering was NOT even straight...I e-mailed and complained but NOT had a response, now there's a surprise!

Anyone thinking about buying Chanel or any classic perfume do NOT buy through Dreamstorage, it is better to pay another £20 or so and have the real thing, this is a scandalous company.

DreamStorage Non receipt of goods and No Refund

Ordered Sensi Perfume on 7th June 2009, £42 taken from my card that day. No goods received after 21 days, since that time I have emailed numerous times and been fobbed off with all sorts of c*ap ranging from telling me that the goods had been despatched, being provided with a tracking number (no company name to track it to!), blaming the postal strike (which started recently), to being told that the order had been cancelled. I asked where my refund was if that was the case and they told me to take it up with PayPal, who told me that there was no money in the company account to refund me, I argued with Dreamstorage again and they then spun me a yarn that their merchant had been changed to Google Checkout Team. Be warned, the owner and his associates are a bunch of crooks - you are never likely to see any perfume (if indeed any exists) and you are certainly never going to see your hard-earned cash again. They then have the cheek to parade themselves on Facebook! The fact that this is a public site for all to see prevents from using the sort of language I'd like but I will say this - shame on you Radi and your fellow fraudsters!

very bad market copies of designer scents and perfumes selling for normal price, no indictation that they are fake when you buy but one hell of a problem when asking for a refund, do not use at all costs, otherwise you will spend 50 odd pounds on a badly printed bottle of something that smells like vodka and meths from bulgaria,
